Excellent! Carpets look fantastic. They pre treated a few pet stains as well as high traffic spots. On time, polite and professional. I am very pleased and will call them next time I need clean carpets.

It was a big job, with some major stains in the basement. Many of the stains were removed, although not all. We just purchased the house so I do not know the origin of the stains or if they had been treated before. Many came out. The carpet is fresh and much cleaner. I would use Hank again and recommend Maxcare for results and good pricing.

Hank did a wonderful job. He is professional, hardworking and courteous. Our carpets look better than ever! He took the trouble to move furniture where needed and place back when the carpets were dry and was always punctual at our appointments. I was really impressed by his "can do" attitude and his cleaning machine which managed to eradicate the stains and dirt that our children and pets have spread throughout the house. I am going to use Hank's services next to clean area rugs and a big sectional sofa. I would definitely recommend him! We also used Hank and his team to replace and refinish hardwood floors, with impressive results. Again they were hardworking and professional. Hank stuck to the timetable he had given me and was very responsive to all my requests. The floors look great and I couldn't be happier!

I could not have asked for better. This company was super professional. I needed the carpets done quickly for family was coming in town and they were there the very next day in the am so the carpets were ready by that evening. I did not know my carpets could get that clean. They looked brand new and it smelled so fresh and clean.

Fabulous! Hank and his team are incredible! I am a real estate agent. Both myself, my partners, and probably 50% of our clients have used Hank's services. Everyone is always extremely satisfied by their professional service, the end product, and their reasonable pricing. The hardwood refinishing they do is gorgeous, their flooring installations are perfect, and they can remove carpet stains that I thought would be impossible to remove! They make it easy for me to keep recommending them!
