Trudy see you in court soon……. We were relocating from NorthWest Arkansas area to the DFW area in Texas when we ran across the adverts of Maxforce delivery service online. We engaged their services to move our properties from Bentonville Arkansas to the DFW Texas area. This moving service owned by a lady called Trudy promised to deliver our properties in a safe and secure fashion. We welcomed the movers into our home on the day of move, provided them with the lunch of their choice and took good care of them, upon loading the truck Trudy demanded full payment for the service which we obliged and completed the full payment. Upon arrival to our new home, it was discovered that our very expensive refrigerator was thoroughly beat up, door handles bolts missing, my office desk damaged beyond redemption, my king sized bed damaged, my Queen sized bed headboard destroyed, my Dining room buffet missing handles, the moving team supervisor a gentleman by name if Sal told me Trudy would reach out to the very next day and resolve these issues we trusted them and they left. The next day there was no call and now two weeks later still no resolution. We will of course want to let the public know that this moving service cannot be trusted and have no integrity and we will be seeking all legal means to correct this anomaly of a moving service.

Our company Contracted for a flat rate move for a business from Springdale, AR to Rogers, AR. I had their estimator come out to give me an estimate, so as to accurately create a listing of what all was to be moved and was assured that my businesses move would be done in a day. They would bring 2 26’ trucks and 4 guys and it would likely require two trips. Now comes the day of the move, they show up at 1:30 in the afternoon with one truck and two college aged kids, but no second truck. Now as they were loading the truck they broke the finisher unit on our $8,000 copy machine (the finisher does the automatic hole punching, stapling and sorting) a feature that we use when we print aircraft manuals (we work on corporate jets and small piston aircraft) and I made a mention of it to them when they were unloading it at our new location. I watched them do it and was rather aggravated when I say it happen. They promptly said that they would take pictures and send it to the owner and he would take care of it. Fast forward to roughly 5pm. The two kids call in and ask where the second truck is and they were told it was just them. They decided to walk off the job. After dropping off my stuff and told me that they had been working since early that morning and the were only making $140 for a day. Mind you that’s under minimum wage and definitely not near the price they should be paid. So I understand the walk off. About an hour later the second truck arrives and was only a 15 foot truck, along with the the boss who I overhear say that there estimator under estimated the job. Mind you he took pictures and a day to come up with the estimate. So I’m sure that he could’ve had the boss review if he was unsure and needed clarification on pricing. They worked until 10:30 at which point the boss said they would be back Wednesday to finish the job because they had other customers they needed to do. Well it’s Wednesday and a 26’ truck and three college aged guys show up. They do a fantastic job but at the end I ask them to have the boss call me because I need to discuss the damaged printer and the time it took because it’s not what was agreed to by their employee “Jonathan”. At which point they told me that the performed the service and their will be no discounts and that they were being nice by not charging me extra for the additional truck loads. They also said that I can’t prove that it worked before, and that they aren’t going to do anything about my damaged copier. Of course I have this on recording of which I told Trudy who was extremely rude to me prior to recording that the conversation is being recorded. And I told her that I would be leaving them a negative review because of their service. Her response was I will reply to your review and it won’t matter. Well Trudy, if your potential customers would like to contact my company A&J Aviation I will provide them with the recording of the conversation.

Definitely the best service we could have asked for. Peter, Jovan, and Ron were absolutely amazing. They arrived 15 minutes early, came in and asked specific questions to make sure they did everything the way we wanted and even beat us to our new house and started unpacking so when we got here, the they had stated to assemble furniture in the rooms requested (after checking with us to make sure they could unload early). They were friendly, efficient and careful with packing and unpacking our things. Not a scratch on anything! We were moved and completed unpacked in less than 2 days!! Would absolutely hire them again and ask for the guys by name.

This cleaning crew is the BEST. I had them do a deep clean on a GROSS rental and had no idea it could actually sparkle and shine. Jonathon has been AMAZING and so cooperative. I have since used this cleaning crew on 2 more rentals and continue to be impressed with this business. If you want cleaning done right and love great customer service, I would HIGHLY recommend. 10/10

Nightmare then and now! Moved household goods from Arkansas to Texas July 23 and into Texas storage July 24. Move included a vehicle as well. MaxForce Delivery Service arrived in a rented U Haul bob truck with U Haul car hauler trailer in tow. Was immediately informed that the car hauler they brought along was for a standard transmission and since my truck is an automatic it couldn’t be taken. So all three movers immediately left to return the trailer to U Haul so MaxForce wouldn’t be charged for the use. The movers returned within an hour and began prepping furniture, quilting and wrapping. Items NOT TO BE LOADED were identified and separated and placed in the garage. The movers failed to wrap glass shelving in the formal china hutch and when they moved it all of the glass shelves were broken when the china hutch was DROPPED off the cabinet. Also, they broke the metal base on a 70” television as well as a rack at the base of a steel clothing rack. Since we packed our household good I won’t mention the things that arrived broken in dozens of boxes. The movers even loaded the items that were not to be loaded even after separated. Our formal dining room furniture had deep gouges on the table as well as strapping rub spots on the table, chairs and cabinets. If only to add insult to injury, MaxForce Moving Services charged us $400 dollars for the car hauler! I contacted the Springdale moving company the next week with my concerns, sending images of the damage and questioning the charge for the car hauler to Trudy and Salvador Balsamel, with NO response. After the third email Mr. Balsamel called me on August 16. I told him of my concerns a questioned him about the charge for the car hauler since MaxForce Delivery Service didn’t take my truck. Mr. Balsamel informed me that MaxForce isn’t at fault because U Haul gave them the wrong car hauler. He went on to say that although my vehicle was not transported as agreed upon and defined in our contract, MaxForce still needed to recoup the cost of reserving and transporting the car hauler to Fort Smith from Springdale; even if it was the wrong one. However, in Mr. Balsamel’s defense, he did point out that MaxForce only charged me $400 of the original $600 fee MaxForce would normally charge. I told Mr. Balsamel that it was by no fault of my own that his movers accepted from U Haul and transported the wrong car hauler from Springdale to Fort Smith. (54 miles) because they were provided by me with the type of vehicle to be transported. As of today, August 18, I have not heard back from anyone at MaxForce. I will continue to recover the car hauler fee as well as just compensation for our damaged household goods.
