Max Haas Septic Sewer Grease

Jamie came out, pumped our septic, and discovered the pump was fine...that it was the gloat that malfunctioned. He pumped the septic, re-wired our pump and installed new floats. I was happy with their honesty and responsiveness.

Jamie called in advance to let me know he was on his way and about how long it would take to get to me. He was very helpful. Even helped dig out my septic opening. Didn't realize it was buried, my bad. He answered all my questions and explained the workings of it all. That was very helpful. Very thankful to him and appreciate all his help. Definitely will call them back!

They always lie to me and I trusted them. They had been doing work for me for 3 years. They told me 1 price, then when they came out; it was different. They said the truck was empty. I had no idea. This year, I had them out and they said the whole truck is only 3000 lb capacity; but you can only pump 2700-2800 lbs. You cannot pump the full amount. The last 2 years I've been using them; they have been overcharging me for 3200 lbs, etc when the truck doesn't hold that much. When I pointed it out they had been overcharging me, they said they had a 2nd truck come out and they didn't - they only had 1 truck come out. Basically, I feel it is fraudulent.

I don't know the technicians name but he done a great job cleaning the take out. He was very professional. I'm not sure about the date but it was in August. Thank you for the great service. The only small complaint is the secretary could have cared about taking on the job a little better. Other then that I am very happy.

I have used Mac for year.  A knowledgeable group on septic systems'.  I would not use anyone else unless necessary. <br />

I was notified as they departed for our house and I instructed where the tank was located. This was great for me as I was running other errands before they arrived.  When I got home the operator was wrapping up.  We have a small tank by today's standards so it didn't take very long to pump. <br /> The operator was very courteous and diligent in regards to cleaning up any spillage that is common in this process.  No worries. <br /> This was the second time we've used them and they'll be on our list for years to come.  <br /> Ironically, one of my errand stops has used Max's for over 30 years and had recently had service performed at their house by the same driver that was heading to my residence.  That was an unexpected boost that we had chosen correctly! <br />

The plumber said my backed up pipes were from the septic system needing to be cleaned. Called Max Haas Company and they were able to get someone out the same day. They dug down to the tank top and cleaned the tank. Unfortunately, that didn't solve my plumbing problem but their service was excellent. Would definitely use them again. <br />

My driveway was an icy night mare thanks to mother nature.  They felt so bad about having to reschedule, he gave me a years worth of septic enzymes.  I have used this company for years and they are wonderful.  <br /> <br />

It went great.  After having trouble finding someone that could come out in an emergency situation they came out right away and was very impressed by their professionalism and kindness.  Would recommend them 100 percent. <br />
