For years, we have put traps and poison in attic; critters would never touch either. Had looked off and on for quite some time for someone to check the entire roofline (roof to house) to see if there were spaces/areas where critters could be getting into attic. Finally. . . success. The technician was very thorough, as well as cordial when I did speak with him. Apparently he did an excellent job, because last evening and night, it was so quiet, it was almost spooky. Success at last!

My HVAC technician saw a chipmunk in my crawl space during a routine maintenance check. I immediately called Mayday pest control due to a recommendation. The entire experience was very pleasant from the receptionist who answered the phone to the sales manager Jonathan who came to my home the same day I called Mayday. After thoroughly going over the proposal my project was scheduled the next business day. Michael Tabone was the contractor and did a very thorough job of addressing all my concerns. He kept me informed of his arrival time and completed the job in a few hours. Everyone was personable, polite and professional. I am pleased that I hired Mayday for this project.

I was skeptical of the incredibly positive reviews on Mayday Pest Control, but I had a problem that needed immediate attention - something had moved into my attic and was keeping us any sleep! Angel came out to review my situation within 3 hours of my call. He explained the problem (flying squirrels!) and what he recommended be done and at what cost. I was satisfied by the fair estimate & committed and they had their man Tim out the next morning and he worked all day. The result is a quiet Master bedroom and decent sleep last night. I initially spoke with Tiffany at the office who arranged for Jonathan Little to come out and explain the complete exclusion process and the pricing. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions which I had many. He did an inspection took pictures of my attic and emailed them to me in the proposal. The pictures showed a trail in the insulation where squirrels had been. I agreed to exclusion process, since I had found 3 dead mice on traps in my laundry room downstairs. I set up the appointment for the exclusion and was told Tim would be the technician. Tim Vaughn must truly be one of their best technicians in my opinion. He arrived on time ready to start the sealing process around the roof line, seal around the exterior of the house, placed traps in the attic and especially sealed off my chimney and fireplace which was definitely an entry point for mice. Thanks MayDay Pest Control your entire team has helped me get my sanity back. I can now sleep without hearing chewing in my walls. Job well done!!

The wildlife inspector, Jonathan, was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information that I needed. He made me feel comfortable. Tim was also knowledgeable. He made sure everything was sealed properly and made sure no wildlife could enter my home. They gave me all the information that I needed from renewals, the process from beginning to end. They were great guys and went far beyond. They are an excellent team. I will refer them to anyone. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Tim Vaughn did an excellent job! He has great customer service skills and I’m satisfied with his work. I no longer have to worry about rodents getting in my attic!

Tim was my service person. He was so informative, very pleasant and went above and beyond. We had problems with squirrels and rats in our attic. Also we found dripping in a couple other places. He found all entry ways and install gutters guards. He took photos for us. He did a GREAT JOB!! I would recommend this company and Tim.

Poor communication on what was “sold” to me vs what was executed. Had to battle to get the team to correct it. Going to take them 4+ weeks to get the cleaning done which was one of the main reasons I went With them.

Tim work all day at our house in the Summer heat performing exclusion for evidence of a rat and squirel prescence in our attic and basement. He worked on the roof, around newly installed HVAC units, garage and any openings detected. He helped explained further what he was observing, how he was perfoming the exclusion and our many questions invluding those regarding pet safety. We were impressed with his knowledge and appreciate how hard he worked to help ensure the problem was addressed and we felt comfortable.

MayDay technicians have been out twice to remove critters in our attic, and they have done an outstanding job. Today Dan from MayDay removed an opossum that had died in our attic. He then fumigated and disinfected the area, and checked for any more roof openings. All clear! I’ve been using MayDay for about 12 years, and I highly recommend them. They’re courteous, and they hold their word on the services they provide. They really deliver (or remove!) when it comes to eradicating creatures from your house. I wouldn’t go with anyone else. When I hear noises in the attic, I call MayDay!

Andy solved my wasp problem. And he’s so dedicated, he didn’t stop to brush the cobwebs from his last job off his shirt to get to me in a more timely manner. Can’t ask for more than that!

My experience with Mayday Pest Control has been excellent. They showed up early, gave me a great price that beat most competitors, sprayed inside and outside, and added mosquito control so I don't get stung every time I go outside. This was my second treatment with them, and since the first treatment, I've only seen a few insects inside, and that was only recently, so Quarterly treatments seem perfect. Highly Recommend! Five Stars.

This company has been amazing from start to finish. Very thorough, knowledgeable, positive and professional. I cannot say enough good things about the services being done right the first time and keeping us informed of all the steps in the removal of the rodent problem we had.
