This is a small company operated by the owners, Gary and Shelly Faw. Gary does the majority of the estimates and performs the majority of the work with 1 or 2 employees. Shelly handles the office - returning phone calls, scheduling the work and handling all billing. Shelly works another job during the day, so most phones calls are returned in the evening.
