Chris Newton arrived to determine and repair the clattering noise from my refrigerator. Mr. Newton looked at the refrigerator and stated, "I DO NOT like these refrigerators!" I asked him why he said that. Mr. Newton responded, "Because they are too hard to work on." Mr. Newton took a brief cursory look at my fridge and said, "It's froze up." I asked him to explain. Mr. Newton stated, I can see ice in the fan area. A piece of ice was probably hitting the fan making the noise you heard." I said, OK. What's next?" Mr. Newton said, "Why don't YOU just fix it yourself?" I said, "Excuse me?" Mr. Newton responded with, "Just unplug it for a couple days and then plug it back in and it will be fine. Oh, and put some towels on the floor to soak up any water that might come out. If I had to fix it, it would cost you a lot of money because these are so hard to work on and it would take two people." After which he said good bye and left. For this 10 minute interaction and tidbit of advice, I paid $90.00

Arrive promptly he was very friendly courteous went right to the problem. He was excellent took care of the issue. Service was very reasonable around my area. Also took a look into all of my electronics to be my service provider from now on very pleased with his service.
