One Time Interior House Cleaning
It was not a good experience. They provided me with documentation of what work would be done. When I reviewed it, cleaning the bathrooms was not listed . When I brought this to their attention, they added it to the documentation.They came on 5/21/26 on time. After a short period of time, they came to collect payment. I commented on how quickly they finished. However they did not do the bathrooms! He said 'the bathrooms was not in scope of the cleaning"! I was totally upset and looked on my computer at the documentation. And there it was, "Bathrooms (fully to included toilet, sinks, etc). So they cleaned the bathrooms. There were several things not done. The trash can in the bathroom was never moved. There was trash in the corner behind the trash can and it was dusty . They didn't even empty the trash can. I had to rewash the tub. In the master bathroom, the tub had a black mark due to a shower chair which was still there after they left. I wiped it off with a lysol wipe!! Not happy!

To clarify, I did fully clean the bathrooms and showers. For the master tub, I shifted the shower chair forward to wash around it, which is why I missed the scuff mark underneath.
