As usual, we called Rick at Mazza's Heating and Cooling and had the usual response. He took our concerns seriously, sent a young man out right away (he came at 6:30 pm which was very convenient for us) to get the proper information to replace the water heater and determine if indeed it needed to be replace. We were told that it needed to be replaced immediately and within 24 hours a team came to our home. They were professional, timely and treated our home as their own. They removed the old tank and replaced it with the new tank and never left a speck of dust or dirt anywhere. Their work was outstanding as it always is with this excellent company. My family will never use anyone else for our heating and cooling needs. Great job guys!

They did an excellent job of repairing the AC and customer service was great.  They made a follow up call several hours later to see if things were ok. <br />

I can't say enough about Rick and his crew. Within 3 weeks of moving in to a new home, our split-system took a dive... naturally, 11 years old, so just out of warranty. The home warranty was going to install a dry charge unit, but we instead opted for a buyout and to have someone do things the right way for the long haul. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />When Rick arrived, he took a look at the old unit and noted that it was oversized and we needed a smaller one. He inspected the furnace, the duct work, and took a great deal of time to explain to someone not educated in HVAC how to make a good decision on our new investment. "Even if you don't use me..." he told us to install a smaller unit that would perform better with our home. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Initially when the AC failed, I had called everyone I could find to come give me a price. I had quotes on larger units... but not what Rick had recommended to us. This made me a little uneasy, so I called Rick to explain that no one else recommended the size he had communicated to us. Knowing that we had been through a bunch of other issues since the move-in (roof leaks, basement floods) and were really stressing out about needing to make the right decision here, Rick came out on a Friday night that he had previously scheduled personal commitments and measured every wall of every room, and every window in the house. At the end of it, he determined that his calculations were exactly as he'd said up front. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The extra effort Rick put in to making sure that we felt good about his recommendations is really what did it for us. He even backed it up by saying it'd be no problem to swap the unit out with a bigger one if for some strange reason it wasn't working out. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I have a 2 year old in the house, and the flurry of quotes, issues with contractors, etc. has just taken its toll on us. Rick understood this and went out of his way to show that he was looking out for us and doing the right thing. I really cannot stress enough how much I appreciated that, because my family's quality of life and comfort is a big deal to me. Rick and his guys managed to find a few spare hours and came that very next Monday, installed our new AC in 3-4 hours, and so far so good. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />At this point, I'm sure there are a lot of great companies out there... but I wouldn't take my business anywhere else. Rick and his crew have earned a lifelong customer. <br />

We thought our 13-year old AC unit died over the weekend. We called Mazza's & they were at our house right away. Patrick, the service technician, was very polite and courteous as well as knowledge and hard-working. He thoroughly examined our system and addressed the issue. We've had some sketchy and shady HVAC guys service things in our home, and it is such a wonderful feeling to know that when it comes to our future HVAC needs that we can count on Mazza's to give us honest and reliable service for a fair price. I cannot recommend these guys enough. <br />

A different company installed the new heat pump unit in my house after my old one broke down.  After the install, the unit would run 24/7 but the house never got above 75degrees.  Mazza's guy tested the unit and discovered it was a simple problem with my thermostat. He replaced it and now everything works the way it should.  I have a warm house again.  The other guys just keep saying, "well just how electric units are," and dismissed my concerns.  I threw their business card out, and replaced it with Mazza's.  They are my goto people for the furnace from now on. <br />

It was $85 to put the cap back on. I have known him for years. He used to help my aunty do things. He went above and beyond the call of duty. That's what they are like.

I was pleased with the prompt service. The service techs hauled the old tank away, which I appreciated. We would definitely use them in the future.

Rick and his crew are always very polite and professional. Rick has even taken care of minor unrelated problems (i.e. replacing furnace filters and washers in leaking shut off valves) for me while on site. The quality of the water heater they installed is substantially better than what was replaced. <br />

Tech arrived on time. Very professional, made some good suggestions, but didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. <br />

Once the technician from Mazza's looked at the furnace, he found that I did not in fact need a new furnace but a furnace filter. He did not overcharge me and I felt he was very honest. He came highly reccomended to me and I would reccomend him as well. It was quite a relief and good news to find it was just a furnace filter replacement.

Completed start to finish with no upcharges or unpleasant surprises. <br />

THE WORK THAT RICK AND HIS EMPLOYEES PERFORMED ALSO INVOLVED RIPPING UP CAREPT TO INSTALL NEW HEATER VENTS AS WELL AS RETURN VENTS FOR THE SYSTEM. ONCE THAT WAS FINISHED RICK HAD ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES RETURN TO FIX THE CARPERT THAT HAD TO BE RELAYED AFTER THE VENTS WERE PUT INTO THE FLOOR. DAVE AND I WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF ALL THE WORK. RICK MUST DO ALOT OF HOUSES IN THE AREA BECAUSE WHEN THE GAS HAD TO BE TURNED ON THE GENTLEMAN WHO SHOWED UP FROM THE GAS COMPANY RECONZIED RICK'S WORK. WE WILL BE USING THE COMPANY ONCE AGAIN IN THE SPRING OR SUMMER TO CONTINUE DUCT WORK TO THE SECOND LEVEL OF TH DUPLEX. <br /> <br /> <br />

They do great work and are very reliable. They are very competitive on pricing.

They were quick and cleaned up behind themselves. I've had no problem with the furnace.

The guy was excellent.
