Dependable but not always consistent in cleaning. Communication is difficult.

They were in a hurry and did not clean the house as the person giving me the estimate said they would. Did not dust everything, did not clean the outside of the Microwave, back of stove (just some examples). They were suppose to return on 5/6/13 and did not. I would be a shame to recommend this cleaning company.

Communication can be a bit sketchy due to language barriers, but overall the staff is VERY pleasant and did a great job on my house. And they didn't mind my obnoxious dogs. :-)

the two ladies who came to do the work were not prepared. They did not do the windows properly, they did not do the oven properly, they did not dust, they did not clean the bathrooms properly. I had to follow up on each and every area not once but several times. I found the smaller younger lady walking on my counter tops to clean the dish cabinets, instead of having a small ladder. My kitchen sink is now stained where there were no stains before. The only thing they did well was the refrigerator, and they complained about that. the website says they bring their own supplies, but I had to supply paper towels and trash bags. Grade = D

They did an excellent job.

My wood floors had not been done for awhile and the ladies did a very good job getting them clean.

Very affordable and punctual. May need supervision at times though, but gets the job done very well.

We needed a last minute cleaning before the holidays and were fortunate that Maria and Marissa were available on such short notice. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

MBC did a decent job on cleaning my home. There were a few spots missed here and there that I pointed out before they left. They were able to correct the problem but later on, I did find additional areas that were thoroughly cleaned. Overall, for the price it was a decent deal.

They were able to get the job done quickly in the short timeframe I had for completion. The house looked and smelled wonderful when I returned.

Very polite, on time, followed directions, did an excellent job. Will use again.

Maria's cleaning service employee's friendly, courteous people. They always come as scheduled and do a fairly good job cleaning. My only complaint is that the cleaners do not speak/read English. so if you leave them a note asking for something special, they can't do it because they can't understand the note. Maria and her daughter do speak English, so if you call them ahead of time, it will get done.

I've used them for a few weeks, and everything has been satisfactory so far.

very good job cleaning - had to reschedule original appointment to next day due to running longer than planned with a previous client. she called in advance to coordinate the change, so it was not a significant issue. would recommend to others.

Barbara came and gave us a detailed estimate -- she was extremely courtesous and friendly -- rates were reasonable and they are bonded, which was important to us (we agreed that they use their own supplies, but we provide paper towels and garbage bag). She and her helper arrived for the super clean appointment 20 minutes late, but did a wonderful job (including cleaning my shower door, which I had not seen that clean before). In the walk through, I noticed a few minor areas missed -- when pointed out, they fixed them immediately. They had some nice touches such as folding toilet paper/paper towels, etc.
