MB Cleaning

Mandy cleaned my cabin from top to bottom.  She is very quick to respond to phone calls and is very accommodating to fast turnaround cleanings. She is excellent at keeping me apprised of everything going on with my property which I appreciate very much since I live two states away. My mom went into the cabin on a recent visit and said it looked gorgeous and my mother is a clean freak!  I am so glad I found her and hope to keep her very busy! <br />

Mandy and her crew were very thorough the first visit. Three women came this time, but only two the remaining times. They cleaned and scrubbed everything from top to bottom, even cleaned the portable fan. Very impressed with their attention to detail and positive attitudes. I have had to go through a couple of cleaning services because I have high expectations. I want someone cleaning my house as well as I would. I thought MB would be the answer. <br /> <br />On the positive side, Mandy is pleasant and kind. She came to clean three times before things started going wrong. She did a pretty good job with the cleaning but I found I couldn't count on her. One time she was sick. The next time her car broke down. And the third time she just never showed. Never called, texted, or contacted me in any way. After bailing on a job for the third time, I figured she was too unreliable. I found a fabulous replacement.

Things went good. We have been using them for a couple of months now. The housecleaning service is consistent and thorough. They do a good job. We continue to use them.

Mandy is amazing. We have never had a house cleaner before, and were a little wary. But Mandy and team changed the quality of our life! She's extremely communicative and trustworthy, and cleans like a pro. She uses environmentally safe products, which I appreciate as I have a young child and am also pregnant. She is easy to talk with, and someone you can really trust so that you can do what you need to do and stay out of their way. Within a few biweekly cleanings, we were letting her come while we were at work -- we left a spare set of keys and gave her a guest passcode for our house alarm. I couldn't imagine being comfortable doing this, being an urban girl whose family was obsessive about safety and crime. But I've never looked back. <br /> We miss Mandy down here in FL, but I'm sure she's taking her excellence with her in NC. And her right hand woman is still cleaning for us; we couldn't imagine going with someone new after having such a positive experience and developing these relationships. Make sure to give them a call! You won't regret it. <br />

They showed up when they said they would and immediately went to work. They wiped the baseboards, around the tops of the doors, washed the doors, dusted, polished, and cleaned all surfaces, vacuumed, mopped, and made my house sparkle. They began cleaning at one end of the house and finished up in my kitchen. They were worried when they couldn't get my white ceramic kitchen tiles (with white grout) as clean as they wanted. I told them that the floors were better looking than when I clean them and also let them know that I have a tile cleaning service come in once a year to get them bright white again. I foster cats so there were furry dustballs floating around and they managed to make them disappear. They were not bothered by the friendlier cats coming around to "investigate" their work. When I checked out Angie's List on cleaning services, I noticed one negative review was written on MB Cleaning. I put that review in perspective because of the many other great reviews--sure glad I did that because I found out the great reviews were spot on correct. I had used another nationally known service earlier this year but was so unhappy with them that I almost gave up on finding a good cleaning service. Because Mandy and Lorileee took pride in their work and did a superior job, I have hired them to clean my house every other week. I really don't think I could have found a better cleaning service! <br />

My husband, daughter, and I, as well as an indoor/outdoor cat and a large dog who sheds year-round live in our home.  I needed somebody to do clean regularly and found Mandy on Angie's List.  She came to do an initial deep clean and did a great job.  She is now coming bi-weekly and continues to impress me.  Even my husband was shocked - happily - that she got the tub in the master bath sparkling white.  When we had the house built in 1996, the contractors left the tub full of water & exposed to the elements.  The non-skid stuff in the bottom of the tub has been stained since the day we moved in.  I don't know how she did it, but Mandy got my tub clean.  She is reasonably priced and does a terrific job (and I'm very hard to please!).  I would recommend her to anyone. <br />

A team of three woman spent 4 hours in the house, but as they charge by the job, this was fine.  But after 12 person hours, I expected a very clean house.  They did a lot of work, and one always notices what's not done, but there were what I considered basics that were missed.  There's a corner where I keep a litter box for the cat, and I pointed out in advance that there would be dust on the woodwork and shelves in the area and that it would need special attention.  But before they left, I called them in and showed them that they had left litter behind on the floor (a lot of litter against the walls and in the corners) as well as the dust.  Evidently, they had steamed the area without sweeping up the litter and created something of a mess which they did not see. They did then reclean the area. I also pointed out that the tubs would come smooth with soap scum remover, but though they had certainly cleaned the tubs, there was still a residue left that I had to scrub off. <br /> I don't think they did much in the utility room, which is actually part of the kitchen.  I asked them to go back and clean the sink, which they had neglected.  This is not a paint-spattered old sink, but a very nice white porcelain sink, which I would have thought they would have cleaned automatically. <br /> In two of the upstairs bedrooms we have rugs which go partly under the beds on wood floors.  When I checked under the beds, I saw that they had not vacuumed or dust mopped in these areas. <br /> They did, however. do a nice job in my daughter's room and bath, which is a challenge. They did clean the window ledges and sills, which many people miss.   <br /> I had to ask them to turn off their loud music at one point. Even when I've had workmen in, they were considerate enough not to play music, given that I was home. <br /> They did not have a receipt on hand to give me. <br /> I hope I am not being unfair. I don't really like writing the reviews. I'm hard to please, but I've had services do a better job in much less time, and I'm surprised that all the reviews have been A's for this service. I cancelled the service after the first cleaning and forfeited the $40 charge for supplies. <br /> <br /> <br />

Best house cleaning crew I've ever dealt with. Been w/us for over 4 years now.

When the housekeeper I employed before couldn?t make it I was fairly desperate. First, I went to Angie?s List, which I had never done before, and then I started reading reviews. MB Cleaning was closest, had good reviews, and I just hoped they could <br /> find my place. And by the way, they did that too, with limited instructions.  Oh, I live alone with three dogs. They had a mountain to climb. <br /> They arrived early and immediately set out to work. By the time I got back from work my home had been transformed totally and completely.  I cannot remember it ever being this clean before! All the dust, all the spider webs, all the dog hair, and everything else that would frighten civilized folk had been expertly removed. <br /> The price they asked for this was ridiculously low so I gave them a good tip and I will retain their services in the future. <br />  Also, these are good people. They are very nice, very polite and respectful. They got along great with my dogs and they did a fantastic job in each and every room in the house. <br /> Call them now before they get famous and start charging more and become less available! <br /> <br /> <br />

Came home today to a nice clean house. It was a little messier than normal so I wasn't expecting things to get done like vacuuming the sofa, but surprise everything was done and done well. <br />

I can count on them to follow the schedule and be careful of my house and my animals. <br />

Very happy with service

I have had this cleaning service for over two years. They are very thorough and on the rare occasion when they need to change an appt. they try to work it to your schedule. I've had them clean up after parties which is a great stress reliever! If your looking for a good cleaning service, you might want to give this service a try.

Mandy and Misty are experienced housecleaners who are just starting their own company. they have cleaned our house twice now and on both occasions my wife and I have been very impressed by their careful, cheerful, and thorough cleaning - much better than MollyMaid who we used for some months. We highly recommend them.
