I spoke directly to Mary Beth (MB) and she scheduled the service for the next day. The service was for a rental property and the previous tenants hadn't cleaned it appeared in quite some time. MB stayed in contact with me throughout the process via phone since I could not be there. Since I needed invoice detail MB documented the team's work and how long it took them in each area of the property. The service was exceptional and my new tenants could not be more pleased! Thank you MB and Team!

5 stars - It was great to have professionals come in and do a more thorough cleaning than I have been able to do in some time. They were courteous and asked what my priorities were before they started. They also were able to clean problem areas I had struggled with. They worked hard and cleaned their way out the door. Because I decluttered before they came, it is easier to keep clean. Our house has a lot of family coming and going and has been under construction so I appreciate it all being clean at once! Thanks MB and trainees!

(It went well except for an awful confusion.  I am having eye surgery, and contacted two cleaners via the List on Friday when my usual cleaner couldn't come.  I heard from one quite a bit, including over the weekend, and scheduled with them.  She updated me even as to time of arrival. <br /> About 10 minutes before I was expecting them, two cleaners showed up and indicated they were ready for the job; they probably weren't clear what company they were with, as they were expecting to be there, and I was expecting a cleaner.  They had finished about half the house when the original cleaning service showed up.  So awful.  Anyway, I called the provider, and explained the situation and mixup.  She sent a couple more people over who worked on on floor while the others worked upstairs, and then came by herself to talk to me. <br /> I found the cleaning to be good and very thorough.  All of the people were efficient and professional (though I might have caught the problem earlier had they been speaking English to one another, but that's hindsight).  The owner said she had learned a lesson, and so did I.  They did a fine job, despite the drama and confusion (not to mention the heat). <br />

The cleaning was fine - dusting, vacuuming, mopping wood floors, cleaning bathroom and kitchen. Not the same women every time - not sure if that's standard or not. Scheduling was a problem for me - the appointment was for 9:00 but they only arrived at 9:00 once, and ran 10-20 minutes late otherwise. I wanted to let them in and get in to work, so it was frustrating. It was also frustrating that I did not receive an apology for their lateness, which is the kind of basic courtesy and customer service I expect. <br />

They were very good and worked very hard to clean our house.  We bought a deal for 4 hours and ended up paying extra for additional time.  We were overcharged, but they notified us and refunded the overcharge promptly.  I would use them again no question. <br />

She is awesome! I love her girls. Shes sends out three girls. They come flying through and make my home sparkling in an hour. They are extremely responsive to any little thing I might say. They are on it! I never have to follow-up or repeat myself. They know exactly what I want.
