Great, they did the inspection in a timely manner & provided the report in a timely manner. The only problem was that there was no follow up or estimate for installing a radon mitigation system. We really wanted to know the cost of installation & if it was required.

Bill was great. Came in and gave us the lowdown on how a system would fit into our house, and what was going to be done. It took a little longer to install the system but he was done a man so he trudged through it by himself and the results are great. We went from a really concerning level of radon (I think about 8-12) to well below the EPA suggested levels. <br /> MB Radon is definitely a pro service and super friendly. <br /> Thanks Bill. <br />

I had done two separate radon tests and knew the level was high. Bill came to evaluate where to place the system. He gave me a rough cost and time it would take for the install. He was able to schedule the install within a week. He arrived when scheduled. They did a very thorough job and cleaned up well after the install. It was hard to tell they were here. Very professional. The only knock I would have is that because they are quite busy, it is difficult to get an initial visit as Bill does the evaluation himself. You may have to call a few times and it was a challenge to pin down. <br />

Prompt, Professional, Knowledgable <br /> Up front with cost of system. Estimate, and final cost, was provided over the phone. <br /> Payment was not requested until the system was proved a success by a third party lab test. <br /> I would recommend him or use them again. <br />

<p>Work was done promptly and the crew was friendly and thorough. They installed a cap over the floor drain that prevents air from infiltrating from the foundation drainage system while still allowing any water from the basement to escape should the washer overflow or a pipe break, etc. As a result (and side benefit) my basement is less humid and no longer has that occasional musty smell. </p> <p>Six months later and everything is working fine. A retest for Radon showed virtually no presence whereas, before, tests showed a rather high concentration. </p> <p><br /></p> <br />

He tested to confirm the test we had purchased from the hardware store. We definitely needed to mitigate our home. Bill is passionate about what he does. He did a fantastic job. The job was completed in less than a day. We were given test kits to follow up. Our home went from 6.9 pic/L to 0.5 pic/L. I have recommended MB Radon to many who were just as satisfied with Bill's professionalism and work. <br />
