Contacted MBR LLC on 6/24/2023 to replace a glass for one of my customers. Ransom and Maggie (owner) came to measure and quote glass replacement on walk in cooler door. I signed the contract and paid the down payment of $850.00 to order the glass on 06/27/2023 (total cost of job was $1700.00). Heard nothing about install date. Contacted Ransom (MBR LLC) to check on status of installation of glass, per conversation and text, it would 8/23/23. MBR, LLC showed up and installed wrong thickness and size glass. We paid the balance due by check of $850.00 at that time. The door looked good on the outside of the building, but the glass fell once it was installed in the walk in cooler door. Contacted Ransom and he said he would order the correct glass and re-install when it comes in. Contacted Ransom on 10/23/2023 because we had not heard anything, and our customer was wanting to know the status on replacement of incorrect glass. Ransom responded and set up a date on 11/10/2023. No call, no show! Contacted Ransom again on 11/13/2023, and another date was set up. 11/16/2023 at 1pm. On 11/16/2023, I got to customers place at 1pm and at 1:30 I contacted Ransom again and he stated that they had the glass, and they were in route. 2 hours later again no call no show! I contacted my customer to let me know if they showed up I would come back to take care of issue. No call, no show again! Sent email to Ransom 12/13/23 because both contact phone numbers on website no response via text or phone. Received a response immediately 1/3/24 10am is the new installation date to take care of issue. No call, no show again! They can’t schedule correctly, give false hopes and take your money with no resolution to the problem. After 6 months, ended up paying another contractor to install correct glass. That is what a real contractor does, take care of their customers. Strongly recommend not to use this company and you can donate your money to a good cause.

We purchased a French door from MBR on 10/23/23 for $4036.50 invoice # 81359. They were supposed to Demo existing patio door. Install new french patio door. Insulate and caulk new for superior seal. Trim out interior of new door. Clean up all trash around work site. they told us that we would have door installed within two weeks. We called and email several times. First they said the manufacturer sent the wrong door. Door was supposed to be a Provia door. They said they was going to send there installer to manufacture to pick up correct door. They finally showed up on 12/19 with the wrong door. The installer said he picked the door up from Lowe’s not from Provia. I captured the whole conversation with our ring camera. Are door we ordered was at a much higher quality than a Lowe’s door. The door they brought had a huge dent in bottom of door. It was for a 2x4 wall and we have 2x6 stud walls. I contacted owner from MBR and he said again that the manufacturer made another mistake and that he would reorder the door and that we would have to wait for 3 months before we would get our door. I told Ransom (owner) that I wanted my deposit back and cancel are order. That I didn’t want to wait for another 3 months and be in the same situation.He has been telling me each week that his accountant has mailed out a check. We still have not received our deposit back and they have now blocked our phone number from there phone system. Buyer beware….We want to be made whole and want to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. We have filed a complaint with BBB and submitted a complaint to attorney general office as well. complaint reference number is: WT000210671. I have owned my own company since 2011 and know first hand what true customer service is and from my experience with MBR they are far from it. See owners response to my post. The whole process was absolutely amazing! My wife and I are just thrilled. The complete installation from beginning to end was very smooth and professional. Great work for great price is exactly what we were looking for. Overall the experience as a whole was bar none, we would most definitely use MBR-LLC company again and we are happy to recommend them to everyone looking for quality work at a amazing price.

Ransom and Maggie the owners showed up at my house and gave a quote on project… Both listened at my concern's, both made suggestions, which that’s what I wanted also (to finally stop the rain from entering the shed… they scheduled the project and showed up when they said… great and friendly people… thank you
