AN Appraisal is a MOSTimportant tool when evaluation Real Estate prices especially today. We received the first report for $584,000 then after we questioned some adds and subtracts the next week we received a second lower appraisal for $564,000. Which one do we use and why was it changed?? We are waiting one week for a reply. At this point we refuse to pay the entire Bill until we receive a Professional Reply as to why it was changed and which one is valid. We always thought NYS Licensed Appraisal we careful and correct meaning -1 Report 1 Apprasial

Her report was extremely thorough and within the time frame I was expecting to receive it. She left an open door policy that if I continued to have any further questions or concerns just call her any time at no additional charge. I highly recommend her. Very easy to deal with.
