Flooring - Install, Repair, or Refinish
We hired MCC to replace the flooring in our kitchen and entryway. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. The response to our inquiry was quick and the job was done within a few days. Tornell is very pleasant and went above and beyond to provide an excellent job. We will definitely contact them again in the future.

Tornell and his partner were spectacular, hard workers. They were also some of the sweetest people I have ever met. They did an absolutely beautiful job installing our wood floors and we couldn’t be more pleased. We will absolutely hire them again in the future. very disappointing and frustrating tile job. we can honestly say there was nothing done correctly. We had no choice but to rip everything out (including heated floor) and had to start over. issues experienced were: 1/2 grout lines (not sure who still does anything larger than 1/8 inch anymore). several loose floor tiles. grout crumbled and flaked 2 days after installation. water in shower base pooled and some flowed the wrong way (into bathroom rather than into drain). we requested 1/3 offset pattern (staggered by 8 inches on a 24 inch tile) but instead got a varied staggered pattern from 4 inches to 12 inches. shortcuts on waterproofing (rubber membrane was cut down). we reached out immediately only to find Tornell had blocked my number. Called and left a message from my wife's phone but have not heard anything at this time.

Wanted final payment before the job was even halfway done. Floored over two vents and the tile work had to be completely removed for poor installation and redone by another professional. Still dealing with issues with the flooring to this day.

We would not ask for final payment prior to project completion. We do always ask for a deposit, however our records indicate that some payment was returned. Again, we're sorry for this inconvenience. I received an on site estimate within 24 hours of my listing. The project started on the date I was told it would. He was excellent at communicating what time Ricky would be there each day for a 3 day project. Ricky was polite, professional, and cleaned up the work space at the end of each day. The tile job was a 10/10! I would highly recommend.

Fantastic workmanship and communication. Tornell was quick, kept things simplistic so we could understand, worked with us and our budget to make our dreams and ideas a reality. His partner Mikey was quiet while working (had headphones ? in.) but when spoken to he was energetic and passionate about his work and hobbies. I would 100% recommended their work, business and craftsmanship to any one of my friends or family. 10/10 you will not think twice about going with these guys.

Tornell did work for my husband and I. He laid flooring in our bathrooms and even helped us decide what flooring we should do. We loved the work he did that we also had him do flooring in our bedrooms and living room later on. He was very personable which is why we first decided to use him. He was time efficient, friendly and professional when in our home. When he had a question, he was quick to address it. One major thing that I really appreciated was that when he was done with the job, he was sure to clean up the work area.
