Dave and Josh are top notch professional. I have been heating my home with a wood stove for 40 years. They took their time to explain the differences between a gas furnace and a heat pump and what would be best for my home. I received estimates from 3 other companies. What stood out was that McCool understood the efficiency of the equipment they were using, and what was involved to install it. Their prices were substantially lower than the other three. They showed up the day they promised and finished the day they promised. My house did not have existing duct work so they installed duct work and the gas furnace. Josh and Dave worked efficiently and cleaned up every day. When finished they explained how the system worked and installed a programmable thermostat to save on my energy bill. I would highly recommend them

10 out of 10! This local father-son business was top-notch. They came to our house very quickly and gave us an estimate we could not refuse, much lower than what we had previously received. They were able to come in and replace our furnace on a Saturday so we had heat. Then came back on Thursday to put in a brand new air conditioning unit as well. Dave and Josh were both extremely professional and they explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. We prefer to keep our money local and support small businesses and I would do it again in a heartbeat ! They really were a breath of fresh air!!!

The service I received from Josh was excellent. They communicated with me from the time that I reached out to them until the day they completed my requested service. Josh was very kind and patient with me because it has been very difficult to find someone who really deals with older homes and radiators for that fact. Josh took the time to educate me on why my radiators stopped working and what i should do next time. I have a new mechanic just for this reason.... He was very knowledgeable about the service he provided...

McCool was hired to fix a leak in my radiant heating system. They came the same day I called them. The leak was repaired quickly. They IDâ d the need for adding anti-freeze to the system and returned the next day to do this. They were punctual, professional and very competent. I am very glad to have had them do my repairs and will call them again when needed. Thank you McCool!
