Excellent service and price.  This  one-man show is a good person to call for easy and inexpensive tree removal.  Would definitely recommend him to friends & neighbors. <br />

Still waiting on fulfillment of contract.  Very bad communication from provider.  Is not reliable, doesn't show up when supposed to, takes very long to do very little, has many excuses for why job not done. <br /> <br /> <br />

Mostly OK.  Asked him back for further work; did not show.

It went very well.  Crew showed up on time and worked continuously until finished.  They cleaned up all debris from the yard including nails. They were very professional and returned phone calls timely.  New roof looks great! <br />

Actually, Bryan McCoy was working at a neighbor's place, but when he saw <br /> my husband trying to cut up a big trunk w/ an electric chainsaw, he <br /> came over with his big Stihl and Bam! got 'er done.  Then he noticed we <br /> had a small dead tree on the place and offered to do the job.  It was a <br /> small job, but he quickly got it done.  He dropped the tree in a perfect <br /> spot as directed, cut it up, and went on his way to the job next door.  <br /> Not only was he a nice guy, but he was very professional.  (We watched <br /> him taking out two huge sweet-gums right up against our neighbor's <br /> house.  wow.) <br />

They are honest and they do what they tell you.

Requested estimate for cutting down (2) mature trees & stump grinding. Verbally accepted the lowest of three quotes submitted by offered by McCoy Tree. The crew did not notify us by phone on the job date established, just showed up and started the job one day when we were not at home. After the trees were cut down, we experienced damage to our yard with ruts and breakage along the fell line of the tree trunks. Since there was virtually no clean up after the trees were removed by this company we had to hire another yard service to rake, bag and pick up all the tree debris left after the job. Dissatisfied w/the job performance and overall lack of business professionalism and would not consider hiring in the future for tree trimming or removal.

Bill McCoy was slow to return my calls and get me an estimate but once I gave him the go-ahead, he got the work done when he said he would. He cleaned up the area nicely and did not tear up my lawn like I've seen tree services do.
