Once they came, they worked steadily and finished the job, did a decent clean up and were very professional. Wish they worked on the weekend!! Turned out they needed to drill 80 feet deeper than our original well.

McCullough promptly diagnosed, replaced the switch and then took the time to explain the work done and the reason for the failure. Also talked about the type of well pump we were using and gave me a short course in different options to consider if and when we had any issues with our current pump. Very informative. I would not hesitate to call McCullough the next time we have any issues.

Very prompt and good communication. It was the day after Memorial Day and I was told that they were booked solid and an employee short that day, but would definitely get us in by the end of the day to diagnose the problem. Twenty minutes later I got a call from JJ asking if he could go ahead and stop on his way to his first appointment to just find out what was going on. He quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me a short term fix to the problem until he came back - so we were not inconvenienced without water at all. He was back the next day. Our well pump was old (15 to 20 yrs) and as long as it had to be pulled from the well, we chose to put in a new one.

<p>They did the best they could under the circumstances. The problem was that they sent the crew out after two inches of rain overnight and another inch while they were working. The ground was so saturated that their equipment left ruts wherever they drove it on my property. I was left with a big muddy mess in my yard that took a couple months for me to clean up. </p> <p>I don't blame the crew, they did the best they could under the circumstances. I blame the "idiot" that sent them out in the middle of a rain storm to dig in my yard.</p> <br />

Our water stopped coming out.  Called McCullough's about 7AM and left a message.  They called back shortly and said we would be second in line that day.  He was here by noon.  In less than an hour, our water was running again. <br />

Went great, JJ was on time, backed his big truck carefully through a very tight area near the house to get to the well. Price was fair.

Terrible!!!! Did not show up when initially scheduled. Used backhoe to dig trench for water line and destroyed 25% of back yard. When natural gas was connected to house 15 years ago, trenching machine made only a 3" wide trench. Did not purge sediment form well when finished (or tell us that we should do so). Very unprofessional attitude toward customer.
