We lived in our home less than a year before disaster struck. We lost our entire kitchen to water damage. MCF was recommended to us by Restoration1 after clean up and we could not have been happier. PJ worked diligently to get our estimate done in record time as the insurance company was being quite pushy. The team that came to our home was amazing. They were courteous, professional, and restored my kitchen to "better than before". Each day they would ensure our home was left clean from the day's work. From the estimate, insurance claims, paying invoices, to the final product... everything was smooth. We would 100% recommend this company!

MCF employees are knowledgeable, professional and provide quality work. From plumbing, electrical, dry wall, building or tearing down existing structure MCF staff. During a remidel you want a company who responds quickly to inquiries and is always courteous to meet your expectations.

No problems. Roof was finnished in timely matter with no trash left behind. <br />While tearing out drywall they pointed out a electrical receptacle that was installed was not to code and they would have to change It to code. <br />The flooring had a small problem and they returned and fixed it without any problem. <br />I would recommend MCF TO ANYONE. <br />GREAT JOB.

Excellent work done in a timely manner at a fair price.

They arrived when they said and promptly went to work and completed the job on time for the price negotiated.

Came out right away to tarp roof and remove tree from house... <br /> Set up an agreeable time to come back and finish work... <br /> They did a professional job and when they were finished came back to make sure we were happy with the results... <br /> Our house looked as if nothing had happened, with the exception of now we have a new roof...

MCF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EVERYTHING WENT AS EXPECTED

The porch addition included an exposed aggregate floor, framing using 8" x 8" posts and a new roof. MCF had a crew of 3 and 4 people for the 7 or 8 days that it took to complete. They did a good job of keeping me updated and the final product looks great.

Overall very pleased with the service i recieved. The foundation work required for my job took some time to complete but it was a very involved process. Mike and his crew worked seamlessly with my insurance company and the workers were overall very professional. I plan to contact them again when i paint my house in the fall!

It was a very easy process for me. They weren't in my way. They parked on the street and cleaned up they're mess very well. my neighbors used them after me and had a great experience too. MCF is the best company for foundation repair in the whole tri-state. They used to move houses so they have an upper hand in my opinion!!

From getting getting the estimate to job complete I was very satisfied.

Initially,they thought they had fixed the leak, but after a heavy rain, the roof was still leaking. They came back and found the actual source for the leak and fixed it. <br />

All three projects were done professionally, to high quality standards, and on schedule. MCF exceeded my expectations for communications, work site housekeeping, and end of job cleanup. <br />

Although, I used them through my insurance company I ended up spending more than I should have. I honestly think that they were over priced. I wouldn't hire them again. They just weren’t professional. It looks like they showed up with some others that were picked up from the road to do the work . Maybe, it was a busy time because it was during storm time;but I was not comfortable with them and I wasn't comfortable leaving the house with them. I expected them to completely take the roof and I expected to see tar paper, and then the new shingles, but they tore the tar paper off. And, when I came by to check on it, they already had done a part of the roof and there was no tar paper. I was not happy with them and I wouldn't use them in the future.
