Blake did an excellent and thorough job. We had a leak that he diagnosed and fixed which ended up being a roof issue. He repaired some exterior window framing and also installed new tile floors. He is very detail oriented and his work is impeccable. I have already referred him to neighbors and will definitely use him again.

I would definitely recommend Blake. Two of my tubs had to be removed and converted to stand-in showers and McGowen Remodeling did a fantastic job with both. Very professional. They took time to do it right, were tidy (did not leave a mess / any garbage behind) and followed up to make sure everything was OK. Excellent work ethics. I would hire them in a heartbeat.

Blake was the consummate professional. Showed up on time each day and got the job done. He even cam on a Saturday to redo the shower plumbing in order to raise it a bit to accommodate my height. Job took about a week since I had some wet areas that needed to dry.

Blake was straightforward with how he planned to tackle the work. He finished within the time window he initially provided and the work was performed in a quality manner.

Blake gave me a bid to do the work, which we agreed to. The gazebos ended up being a much larger project than expected do to the lack of instructions from the manufacturer. Blake did not raise his bid. He is a man of his word, he did a great job and he is a pretty nice guy. Would definitely hire him again.

Great. After quote and response, Blake was fast to order the materials that he would need to match the older spindles with. He was flexible in arranging a time for work to be performed. Once here, he worked quick and efficient and was able to finish the job ahead of time. He was very good about keeping the stair available for use during the day. Cleaned up as he worked as well, not that I care much with such a small job, but I figure it's worth mentioning. He left us some extra paint in case of touch ups in the future. Originally our spindles were set about 8" apart, and falling apart at that (coming unglued, nails uprooted) which is very much out of code. I'm very glad the railings are now 4" or less, so that little children can be safe. Also glad this is done in case we ever decide to rent in the future.

Blake did a fantastic job. He made room for me in his schedule so that I could get my apartment dialed in quickly. He turned up at on time. He was particular about checking in with me as to the placement of art before hanging it. I have a couple of tryptics and some very large pieces that required a lot of measuring to be placed correctly. Blake is a walking advertisement for the idiom "measure twice, cut once". I have an uploaded a photo of part of the install. For the quality work that he did, his prices were very reasonable. I would recommend Blake unreservedly.

In terms of quality, the without k was superb. We enlosed part of the garage and created an additional room to the house. The final product blended with the house as it is as originally built that way. To be more specific, Blake properly rasaised (floated) the garage floor to the same level of the house. Tight spqcing 2x4 was placed, nailed and plywood was then placed glued and nailed. There were no errors, rattling sound - just solid properly built floor. The same goes for the wall. Sound construction of studs and dry wall. The paint job wrapp d all of that bl nding perfectly with the rest of the house; truly as if it were built with with the original house. In terms of pricing. Blake was very reasonable. Money was not the motivator; the quality and good outcome was his main driver. He kept telling me "if you're happy, I am happy!" And I was very pleased with the work. Frankly, I would have paid more. But the trick is that I will be calling him back many tim s to come. In terms of timing, Blake was quick. The whole job took a week. He was 8:00 AM at my door step every day. The guy m ans business and he is seriuos about it.

Blake is a honest professional that produces an excellent quality of work. He is on time and very efficient completing the job. His fee is reasonable for the wide range of services he provides. I definitely will use him again.

I've been using this company for quite some time. He last installed a door for me that I purchased from Lowe's. Working with this company is very good. I've always been satisfied with his work, and I have other projects I'll have him work on in the future. Great company.
