Excellent! Walter called soon after I posted my search for flooring repair professionals. He did a site visit the next day. His bid was fair and competitive. He said Reggie could begin the job in three days. Reggie arrived on time at 8:00 am. He told me what had caused the problem, how he could repair it, and what would need to be done to prevent it from occurring again. He demonstrated a deep understanding of flooring and the associated mechanics. He completed the work by noon and the floor looks great. I’m very glad that I chose McGrady Flooring.

It went well. Everything was done as and when promised. When they saw little things that needed to be done, they either brought it to my attention or if it was minor just fixed it. Some of the "repairs" made were not standard and they figured out how to make it work. They are not a cookie cutter company and give their full attention to each job. And I felt as if, I was the only job they had at the time and that they were not hurrying to finish so they could collect my money and go to the next job. They had me check after each part of the job to see if I was pleased with their work (I was!:-)) and if I had any sort of issue with the project, they made it right. They came out to do the work on the inside of my home when I first moved to Sacramento in November of 2020 and when I was ready for my backyard to be done, I called them again last month to have them complete the vision I had for the yard. They did so and did a great job. Would I hire them again? Absolutely and I did and will again anytime I need anything done.

Awesome service! He was very professional and friendly. They got in and got out of my house in a very timely manner. I love that they cleaned up after themselves. My carpeting is beautiful!!! If you ever get carpeting done or replaced come to these guys.

My experience was excellent. Mr. Bridgers got my carpet for a great price, arrived when expected, and paid close attention to detail. The new carpet made my room (and closet) look brand new! I plan to use him again in the near future.

The service was great. Contractor was punctuial, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all of my questions and have me a quality inspection and estimate of my carpet. I would certainly recommend their business.
