He was very friendly confirming that we needed a new pump for the cooler. Came prepared with all the necessary equipment, quickly installed a new pump and was done.

This was a 24-year-old system. Both the heating and a/c were checked. Russ and Gabrielle did maintenance on two split systems (downstairs and upstairs). The worked on both systems for over 2 hours. They were meticulous, thorough, and systematic in their approach. When it was over, I felt my systems had been thoroughly checked, inspected, diagnosed, and cleaned. I was very happy with their work. I rated them am A in every category except Punctuality, because they had a lot of work in Los Angeles and had to reschedule me twice. But, once they got to my place and started working, I was very happy with the result.
