He did not tell me the service charge was $175 before he came out, if i knew this i would not have agreed to the appointment.

Good communication and work. They arrived as said and their work was excellent.

Mr McKinney arrived at my house when he said he would and completed his repairs in a timely, efficient manner. After the repairs were he explained that the fridge needed a new interior light bulb and that he didn’t have one but said that he he would bring one back first thing in the morning. True to his word he was back with one in the morning and he checked the fridge to make sure it was working properly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Mr McKinney for any future appliance repairs that I might encounter in the future Update

Mr. Kent was great and it was great getting to talk with him while he replaced the door seat on my washer. He made the experience enjoyable while being professional and polite. He made it a point to communicate with me several times prior to arrival, got the job done and was very fair and reasonable in his rate. Mr. McKinney had been here a couple of years ago (different appliance), so I knew that there'd be a high level of competence, and I wasn't dissapointed. He was punctual and professional. Once he arrived, he diagnosed the problem, quoted me a price, and promptly repaired my dryer. I would definitely hire and recommend.

McKinney Appliance & Satellite Services has been to my home a few times now to repair my washer, refrigerator, and most recently an electrical issue and each time Kent is knowledgeable, progressional, and completes the job in a timely manner. I hate, hate, HATE writing this. Mr. McKinney has done wonderful work for me in the past. But, I needed him to repair my oven. It wouldn't work, but the stove top eyes(sp) did. Mr. McKinney pulled the oven away from the wall to retrieve some information. I asked him to wait until he had some help putting the oven back in it's cubby hole, but he tried to do it himself. Unable to get it absolutely lined back up, a piece of the side near where the burner controls are broke off. He said he would order a new piece at no charge. While waiting for the piece to be in stock, the piece on the other side broke off fromthe weightof the oven. Now I have an oven that isn't fully in its correct spot, has two pieces broken off and a stove top that sags in the middle, but has an almost inch of space between it and the oven on both sides. Mr. McKinney did keep in contact for over a year as he said the pieces were still out of stock. Just recently he stopped returning my texts. I am just sick over this. He's a very nice man who seems to work hard, but I am left with the damage.

Microwave door worked for one week then failed again. Could not get Kent to return over 3 months. Was also supposed to return with an assistant to help him repair a double oven. Finally gave up after over 3 months of promises to return "soon." Nice guy but would not recommend for repair.

Tried everything to get it to work finally decided needed a new one. Waiting for that to come in now.
