I had the most wonderful experience with McKinneys of Morganton NC (i live in Hickory NC). I was told the job would be started by agreed time and I was getting a phone call promptly and was continuously kept informed and explained everything in details and also answered all questions promptly and accurately. They installed my unit, put in new ducts, thermostat, repaired ongoing issues, took the dinosaur unit and cleaned up and cleared debri beautifully. I had the best experience and I would 100% tell anyone to go to McKinneys if they want top notch service, equipment, and security in their purchase at the most reasonable price. All other quotes given by others were astronomical... I was given an AWESOME price. Actually I feel I didn't pay them enough. All in all, I recommend McKinneys and know I am in good hands for my families heating and air needs. ???I am one happy customer!!!!! [*** Link removed ***]

Let me start by saying this was a massive undertaking that required multiple disciplines (Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry and HVAC) and the folks from McKinney's exceeded our expectations with the quality of service they provided. Due to the size of the project, I assumed there would be a few bumps in the road, but to my surprise, no bumps at all. They kept us updated at the end of each day they were on site with both that days progress and what/who to expect the next day. They have earned a customer for life and we are extremely happy with how the job turned out. Going into it, they had a solid plan in place and executed it as promised. They even provided a few extra repairs that were not a part of the project at no additional cost. Amazing!!!!

He happened to be in the same town on another job. He fit me in and arrived within an hour of my call. He was very courteous and he found the ignitor was cracked and had the part on his truck. Replaced the ignitor and I have heat again. Thank you very much Robert.

They are excellent. We exclusively use them. They do extensive work for our hotel periodically. They cost a little more but their quality matches it. They are great at trouble shooting. We will continue to use them.

<p>Robert is a miracle worker. He took on a difficult job. He did the kind of job that no one wanted, He had to redo a previous contractor's nightmare install and he had to do all the attic ductwork work during a heat wave. Through it all Robert had a great work ethic, he was dependable, creative, and trustworthy. He made sure everything was to code and would pass inspections. We are thankful to Robert for all the hard work he put in. We now have a functioning HVAC system for both levels and it we feel like we can relax knowing everything is running as it should. I called Mr. McKinney and spoke with him immediately. He asked where I lived and told me he was close by, would be there within the hour. He arrived at my house in less then 30 minutes. Accessed the problem within 15 minutes of being at my house, actually had a motor for my fan in his van. I also need to tell you that my ac in it is probably 30 yrs old or older. I was totally surprised that he had a motor that would fit my old unit. Gave me the price for fixing it, which was very reasonable compared with other companies , and had my unit up an running within the hour. I also need to tell you that the temperature that day was in the high 90's and climbing. Since that day, my brother that lives next door has used Mr. McKinney twice for an ac problem. I would  highly recommend this company to anyone that needs ac or heating service. Extremely nice and professional person and true to his word about his arrival time, estimation of price , and the work he will be doing.
