The only complaint I have is the price you quoted. Your price was approximately 150% higher than local businesses. I'm sorry I jumped into this program so quickly. Shame on me, I was a senior buyer in a past life and should have waited for at least three bids. Being much older and very impatient clouded my brain. I have unsubscribed to your program and believe you should refund the $30 membership fee. I'm planning on telling my story on my social media accounts just so my neighbors will know to wait for other bids. Your business practices should be under the heading "slightly deceptive" or "whatever the market will bare. I did give a great review to the contractor and I will talk him up all over town as having reasonable rates and has maintained a very good reputation
