Generally I do not write many reviews, but when I do its because a company exceeded my expectations. Hi my name Dave from Cumberland RI.I had a major problem with my pool when removing the cover I dumped all the dirt and leaves right into it, literally it looked like a polluted swamp. I Called MCM pools June 24th along with several other companies for a clean up, MCM was the only company that called me back.I received a call from Alec, explained my situation and within minuets he designed a plan that allowed our family to be swimming in a clear beautiful pool before the 4th of July. People are quick to bash when they perceive poor service or price gouging. MCM pools far exceeded my expectations with the service they provided but more importantly the communication with managers like Alec who was not only knowledgeable but personable and engaging. I been a customer literally 10 days and had 3 or more phone conversations with him which says a lot. Bottom line This company wants to earn your business and tries to exceed expectations, im old school and don't impress easily or expect much, but MCM pools more than met the challenge..

The staff was super informative through each part of the process including upgrading to a more energy efficient system they were also super informative and communicated quite effectively the instructions of each step of the process and allowed me to record it for later viewing and reflection. The staff as people were kind and respectful gentlemen who appeared to work quite well together! At this point in time we will be using them for not only the opening the maintenance and the closing of our inground pool but also for our hot tub repairs etc.

I've never had to pay to open or close my pool so not sure what the general price would be. We needed to hire this year because my husband is in Rehab. and unable to complete the task. They could not add chemicals or vacuum as we had had a recent storm and a lot of debris had entered the pool. I think that they scooped off the top, put new pillows on top, and used our cover to secure it. Both of the workers did a great job and I would definitely use again although not sure give the price.

Opening and closing went well this year!

Technicians consistently spent up to and sometimes over an hour cleaning in the pool and making sure everything was operating. We had just moved into a home and had never had a pool. They made sure everything was working well and we're very helpful.

This company is professional, they arrived on time, they did the work in a timely fashion and the price was competitive, I would recommend them to anyone who needs their pool redone.

There aren't enough words in this text box to give credit for the patience, professionalism and service of Chris and his team at MCM, including Miguel, Kurt and Matt to name a few. The opening was delayed because of a faulty control panel that had to be fixed by an electrician. I hired two different guys before it was done right and even then Chris and team helped direct the electrician to do it right. I have a 15,000 gallon Inground gunite pool that is 5 years old. The opening was on May 19 and I was scheduled to have 50 people for a catered graduation pool party on May 28. The warm winter caused massive algae problem in my pool. And water was swampy and green. After many years of taking the cover off and finding water in decent shape, I was so upset when I saw this.  I told Chris about the party and he promised to do everything he could. I said I would pay whatever it took - he said it wasn't about the money, it was about him providing the service and making his customer happy. When was the last time you heard that from someone? <br>His team went above and beyond to identify all problems with the pool and he sent cleaning crews every day, who removed all the algae. Chris answered every frantic email and phone call. He was patient (I was a wreck) and his team did the seemingly impossible. They got it to a point where the pool was algae free and crystal clear and swimable for tomorrow! The only bad part of this is that I had to postpone the party because the water was still in tough shape yesterday, but I moved it to next week and it so happened the caterer was able to switch as well - lucky break!  <br>Bottom line - everything that could go wrong did go wrong. But MCM took care of every problem as it came up. I'm a customer for as long as I have a pool. If you own a pool, you can't afford *not* to have MCM take care of all your repairs and maintenance. I only wish I hadn't spent 5 years with the guy that did my original pool installation. But I know I'm the right hands. Excellent company and outstanding service, and I set the bar very high for customer service. They don't over promise and under deliver - they were reasonable with me in setting expectations and stick to their word. I love to support these type of companies.

<p>Chris, Brian, and the MCM staff were extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. Our inground pool is probably at least 50 years old and surrounded with concrete, and suddenly started losing water at such a great rate that we knew we had a major leak somewhere (but definitely not the liner.) I scouted around for a reputable firm to find the leak for us; MCM gave us the most reasonable estimate,  and with a clean record with the BBB I felt confident in engaging them. They arranged to help us out as soon as possible, they showed up on time, and did an excellent job at finding our main leak, and all the minor leaks as well. We arranged with them to fix the big leak (which was no small job, considering the age of the pool, and the location and condition of the lines) and once they had fixed that we were able to run the pump and filter without further problems. (Water is WAY too expensive where we live to have to keep filling the pool constantly all summer!) We had already had part of the concrete apron around the pool excavated to fix the one leak, so rather than reconcrete that part only to have it - and more - dug up again in the future, we decided to have the whole area excavated and to have MCM Pool come back to replace the entire line. Which they did. As busy as they were with pool closings, they were able to squeeze us in and replaced the entire line. MCM Pool did a great job all around - they kept in touch, showed up when promised, did the repairs quickly and effectively, and charged the most reasonable rates of any pool company I contacted. I would definitely use them again if I ever need any future pool repairs or service.</p> <br />
