Will has excellent customer service and is always on time he's good at communicating and letting me know what he finds on the rug if it's going to be an issue or anything especially since I have a pet. Will have been cleaning my carpet probably for the last 15 years and always does an excellent job. He's one of the first ones that I recommend When anybody asked me for a carpet cleaner.
