Tuesday I called MCR. Vince answered and put me in contact with plumber Josh. He came to see the project that afternoon. He spent a lot of time discussing options, very thoughtfully. That evening I received 2 quotes for options we discussed. Based on Josh's thoughtfulness and thoroughness and the price, we chose one of the options, and paid the online deposit. Shortly after 11am Wednesday Josh and Jordan showed up and got to work. They were very careful and thorough. They finished up shortly after 2pm. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work, and will contact if I have work in future.

Old water heater tank was leaking. Called MCR Tuesday morning. Person on phone connected me to plumber, Josh. He came later in the afternoon and spent a lot of time discussing possible install options. Later, in the evening, Josh sent quotes for the two main options we had discussed. The prices were in the range of other quotes. After talking with my wife, we decided to go with one of Josh's proposals. The choice was largely influenced by the thoughtful, thorough work Josh had shown during his visit and the timely, complete proposals he sent, and, of course, the price. I signed the agreement form that was included with the proposal and paid the required deposit. Wednesday morning Josh and Jordan showed up a little past 11am. They went right to work, removing the old heater and installing the new. Josh's work was as good as his visit had suggested. The project was completed shortly after 2pm!

Excellently inspected areas and gave an understandable explanation of repairs and replacements needed. They scheduled and completed the work meticulously and acutely. We will contact them again as needed.

I cant say enough great things about the services performed by this company! To the detailed diagnostic with explanation so that we understood exactly what was going on to the timely arrival and understanding of our sense of urgency, the service was incredible! We had to have an ENTIRE gas line placed into the home due to multiple gas leaks and instead of just telling us this, we were shown IN DETAIL how this decision was determined which immediately established trust! The work was so beautifully done that even the gas company told us Wow, whoever did this did an excellent job! I highly highly recommend this company and will be referring and using again for any of our HVAC/Plumbing needs!

Work not complete, more extensive work needs to be done to complete the project. The gentleman was professional, explained all that has to be done to complete the project.

My cast iron pipes froze up and cracked completely open during the recent snow/sleet storm and sub-freezing conditions. I called M.C.R. PRO for repair and from beginning to end the process was extremely quick, easy and professional. Vincent in the office handled scheduling and billing while my plumber, Jordan, answered my questions, addresse my concerns and completed the repairs with same day personable / professional service. Not only would I highly recommend Jordan and M.C.R. again I plan to hire again myself shortly for garbage disposer replacement.

He was prompt, curious and thorough, Joshua explained what needed to be done and why. He answered our questions patiently. He and his assistant cleaned up the areas they worked in when done each day. The first time Joshua arrived, he stood outside for quite a while in heavy rain trying to make the curbside cut off valve work. Additionally, they came when they said they would.

Josh advised that the odor was more likely coming from the litterboxes in the basement rather than any kind of sewer ventilation issue. I will take those out or clean them more regularly in order to see if the smell goes away.

The plumber knows what he is doing explores solutions step by step and is reasonably priced.

I hired this repair company to fix my tub/shower because there was no hot water coming through. This company did get the hot water working by adjusting the valve but in the mist had broken my shower handle and told me it would cost to get another handle installed. And I believe they've overcharged me just to adjust the valve. Asked for a quote first but instead they say they had to see what the problem were, adjusted the valve then charged me. Overcharged me. Now I will have to find another repair company to fix this other problem of a broken shower handle. I would never use or recommend this company to anyone. Infact I would advise anyone looking for repairs to look elsewhere. Thank you all and happy repairs
