McTech Corp came out to do the job promptly, the stairs were competed in a matter of days but when it came time to install my steel railing around the front stoop, they never came to do it. Even after several phone calls and being assured that a crew would be out to my house to compete the work they never came or even had the decency to call me. Eventually they started ignoring my phone calls and text messages. It’s been almost 2 months since I originally called to get the railing installed. We had a signed contract stating that they would complete ALL of the work and that did not happen. They essential took my money and didn’t complete ALL of the work. They did a great job on the steps but I made the mistake of trusting them and paying them before the work was 100% complete. Poor customer service would not hire again.

They did the work but it took multiple times of calling and asking where they were, also they left behind their supplies and ripped up the flower beds and did not put things back as they were before the work. Would not recommend.

Hired Anthony on 4/1/2024. Came to rip out old drive at night 4/1/2024. Poured new drive on 4/10/2024 Notified Anthony on 4/15/2024 that there was a low spot on the apron, that we did not like the unfinished edge where the apron met the street and when were they going to return to fill the sides of the drive (with dirt as verbally promised) and come to clean up the areas of the house and garage where the concrete had splashed. Between 4/15/2024 and 5/6/2024 made numerous phone calls and texts to Anthony’s cell phone-sometimes speaking with him and sometimes leaving messages about our concerns. His responses initially were that someone was going to return to do the work, often on a specified day, but no one would show up. My husband also attempted to call McTech directly as well as the listed CEO but was never able to connect. Toward the end of April, Anthony began to ask if we wanted to have some money returned for the work that was not completed and we told him yes, $1,500. We never heard from him again at that point.

We dealt with Anthony for our project. We got multiple quotes prior to meeting with Anthony and he gave us the best quote by far! He was very honest and upfront with us and him and his team did an incredible job! They showed up when they said they would to start the job and finished it even quicker than expected. Save yourself the time and energy and just call McTech Corp for your next project!

The project was finished good and fast, great quality, very fair price, will definitely go for more projects with them!

If you live in northeastern Ohio, you know about the clay-based soil and the standing water problems. One section of my driveway was collapsing due to a non-functioning drain. I could not afford to replace my entire driveway and drainage pipe. After researching the use of permeable concrete (water goes through the concrete and lower permeable fill) I decided to try this solution. Anthony called me shortly after my request for quotes went out. He came to look at the site and offer information and advice. I felt very confident that he could address my issues at a reasonable price. His crew turned out to be extremely professional and pleasant. Anthony visited often to check on progress, and was always available by phone or text. I am VERY pleased with the end result, and will be calling on this company again when I am ready to do the next section of my driveway.

This company is wonderful. Anthony personally supervised the project and they met and exceeded all our expectations. I would definitely hire them again.

it was excellent they dug out a large trench and designed and built a ground up a back patio and it looked beautiful.

Talked with Anthony. He contacted me throughout the project to let me know what was happening. He sent me pictures of the progress. Good company to hire. He is suppose to repair the grass within a month.

The contractor was very professional, and the design came out great upon completion. They communicated very well and did exactly what my mother wanted. I would recommend them to do work again.
