After struggling to find a time to coordinate our schedules, the actual fixing was very smooth and efficient. Shane McVay is the master plumber that we use and he is very knowledgable and gets the job done and he does it right. He has done other work for us in the past and has even corrected a job that he noticed was done incorrectly by someone else. He explains the things that he is doing that this housewife can easily understand and told me of things to look for that will clue me in to possible problems with my toilet. Shane is very conscientious and want us to be satisfied customers. I will be using Shane as my plumber because he is trustworthy and knows what he is doing. <br />
