It was a great experience. Finding someone who works on oil-fired boilers in eastern Central Ohio is a bit of a challenge. Tim's quote was significantly lower than what I'd been quoted for the exact same hardware. He and his team were prompt, professional, and tidy. Now that the heating season is beginning, the new boiler is working splendidly.
