The MD team did a great job. Chance is very communicative, he would keep me updated through the days on what was getting done and when. They did a good job and got it done in a timely manner.

They came out and replaced all of our siding painted our home and it looks beautiful. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. We are very happy with MD construction.

AWFUL! Stay away from Chance Gaylord and his lies. Sent two guys to replace my chimney, replace rotted frieze boards, paint, caulk, power wash and seal whole house. He sent two guys who were drinking beer all day, they didn't replace any of the rotten boards, they painted over it, didn't replace a single part of the chimney, just painted over it. Did not power wash or seal any of the home. I reached out to this crook known as Chance Gaylord to make him aware we were not satisfied with the work, he replied to us once and then ghosted us. He stole $4,000 from us and made no effort to fix or right any of the wrongs he did. CHANCE GAYLORD IS A CROOK, YOU WERE WARNED

Chance was very professional and helpful. Joel did a great job rebuilding my frame around my garage . All around excellent experience. I would recommend this company to someone else. I gave them a 5 if there was a was a 10 I would have given it to them.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do. We had a great experience with MD!

MD Construction did partial repairs. Contractor did drywall, but had to be corrected in order to match the rest of the ceiling. Contractor did not install new master bathroom cabinet or remove wallpaper and prime it so he could replace with new wallpaper in master bathroom and guest bathroom. He did not replace fan/light unit in master or guest bathrooms, neither did he clean the area where unit was... It was cover with something. He was to install drywall in the ceiling of my office and paint the office. He did not put a transition strip to cover carpet and tile. There is a large gap between the carpet and tile. He was to replace baseboards in the bathrooms and carpeted areas

I needed few drywall pieces fixed and painted. Fast work, great job, great price! Will Use these guys again!

M D Construction has been a bright spot in our home repair world. They have done several projects for us, and as each was completed we found another we wanted them to perform. They have been timely, have charged reasonable rates, and done quality work.

Can't believe this contrator is still in business. Kitchen remodel was of poor quality, employees not skilled, work left unfinished and what was completed was not done correctly. He ghosted us, never showed up when he said he would, never checked up daily on his workers, took money and did not use it on our project. DO NOT USE HIM !!!!!!!!!!!!

they guy took my money but would not show up. stay away from this company. They are thieves!!!

Replace door frame and repaired the outside wooden wall.

They collected almost $8,000, but they`re still not finished. I`m waiting for them to install the patio cover and weld the back gate after they repair the door, which they haven`t done yet. They never return my calls or texts. Their service is lousy. The door repair was a halfway job; they told me they`d replace it if they couldn`t repair it, but their repair wasn`t thorough, and my carpet got wet. The exterior fascia work is also only halfway done. They claimed they would smooth out the area around and under the fascia before painting, but they missed parts. They were supposed to reattach my gate after finishing the door and patio cover, but I can`t even get them to come out for the patio cover.

They did a great job. Were on time, stayed on budget, even recommended some additional work that once I looked totally agreed with them. They did the work, repainted the replacement wood and cleaned up the area. Can't ask for more than that!
