Yes Yes Yes Pictures are out of order Eric & his crew did a MARVELOUS job!!! Eric suggested the gray stone border for my backyard & Wow was he correct!!! Worth the xtra $$$$ Had a slight issue w/sum of the sod turning brown(with this weather in Balto Md, being 90 degrees & 2 days later frost & below 60 degrees No wonder the whole lawn didn't turn brown!!!) I called him & in less than 24 hrs Brown spots gone I forgot to mention that he TOLD me prior to the fix, what he & the crew were gonna do He's GOOD BETTER THAN GOOD

Eric and his family have done amazing work for us over the years We recently had a leak in our master shower that unfortunately went into our garage ceiling below. After the water restoration company dried out the ceiling of our garage, MD Legacy came out and fix the big massive hole in the garage ceiling, redid the Insulation in the garage ceiling and repainted it. You would never know we had a massive leak or the damage that we had to the garage ceiling after their work was complete. I highly recommend them for any of your jobs. The family is amazing and they were professional from start to finish!

Eric and his team did an excellent job. He suggested deer resistant plants that would grow in specific areas of full sun and shade. The stones around the border tied the garden bed together and added interest to the landscaping. I would highly recommend MD Legacy.

We hired MD Legacy to renovate the walkway in the front of our home. Eric, the owner, personally designed the improvement and made the entire process seamless: from selecting the perfect pavers to providing a fair and reasonable estimate. He was very easy to work with and was always available for a call, accommodating our schedule and ensuring everything went smoothly from the start. From demolition to installation, the entire project was completed on time in just two days! His crew of Carlos, Jose, and Reggie were professional, efficient, and meticulous in their work. The project was well planned and impeccably executed. We could not be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend MD Legacy for future projects!

This is the fourth major project that we’ve hired MD Legacy for, and once again, they blew us away by turning our landscaping dreams into reality. We asked them to build paver-stone borders around several of our mulched beds, to give long-lasting definition to the shapes, prevent intrusion by grass and weeds, and create a buffer to protect the garden plants from damage by lawn equipment. As we’ve come to expect, the estimate process was clear and detail-oriented, and Eric’s level of communication from start to finish was unparalleled. The entire crew is basically like family at this point, and they worked tirelessly to bring our exact vision to life, making sure to consult us on any decisions that had to be made along the way. Jose excavated the trenches neatly and precisely, at the proper depth needed for each area. We continue to be amazed by Carlos’ artistic stone-cutting skills—he is able to take rectangular pavers and transform them into graceful curves and shapes that redefine the composition of our yard. And when some of the pavers from the supplier turned out to be the wrong kind, Reggie and Chris traveled promptly to obtain the right ones; the crew ended up working hours longer than anticipated to leave us with a perfectly completed job and a spotlessly clean yard. Not only are the results gorgeous, but as usual the team at MD Legacy made the entire experience fun and enjoyable as well.

The MD Legacy team did an exceptional job. They added a deep edge, or restored it where it previously existed, on 5 flower beds. The were very detail oriented on shaping the bushes, and raking away all underbrush that had gathered under bushes and trees over the years. They were very informed on how best to trim back specific plants like hydrangeas to encourage new growth. The new mulching they added looks fantastic, as well.

Eric Cardona and the crew of MD Legacy LLC are a pleasure to work with! For several years I admired the work MD Legacy LLC did at neighbors’ properties. When I decided to contact the company about landscaping at my house, I was amazed by how quickly Eric Cardona responded, and how efficiently we communicated. I described what I wanted. Eric visited my property, took measurements, emailed photos for my review, documented the job, and emailed a detailed estimate. Once I approved the estimate, Eric scheduled the job. He remained in contact and updated me as the scheduled date approached. Eric and the crew arrived on time the day they were scheduled. While the job was in progress neighbors stopped to admire the work and inquire about having MD Legacy LLC landscape their properties. When the crew completed the job (one day plus part of the next) at my home, they meticulously cleaned the work areas, and before leaving checked to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I will work with MD Legacy LLC again and highly recommend the company to other property owners.

This was the third time in one year that we’ve hired MD Legacy for a major landscaping job, and just like before, they totally knocked it out of the park! We came up with our own special design for a new stone garden wall, and they worked creatively and tirelessly to bring our vision to life. Even when the stone supplier delivered the wrong materials the day before, Eric rectified the situation as quickly as possible—and the very talented crew (Carlos, Jose, and Eric’s dad Reggie) worked extra long the second day to finish on time. The finished wall perfectly complements the shape of our property, and we can’t wait to start planting in it. And on top of their impeccable work, the whole team is so friendly and considerate—Jose even took the extra step of using a blower on all the cars down the street to make sure they were clean from any stone dust. We’re already looking forward to them coming back soon for the next improvement!
