The job went as it should do when you hire a professional contractor. I got MD Masonry's quote within several days of request and the cost was competitive with other quotes received. I had their certificate of Insurance almost instantly and found them to be fully licensed to do the work. The work began on the scheduled day and progressed quickly. Danielle went out of her way to locate a particular and hard-to-find gravel for our planting bed behind the wall. She also suggested and implemented an additional retaining wall around a favorite tree to make use of the few leftover wall blocks and caps that we had supplied. We're looking forward to having MD Masonry back to help us with some brick and sidewalk repairs. The job cost in excess of $10,000. Danielle and her crew delivered above and beyond expectations. You won't go wrong with MD Masonry doing your project.

Everything was great.  They created the perfect outside space for me.  They showed up on time and were very professional.  They stayed on budget and cleaned up everything after they were done.

First, they were extremely prompt in their response.  They came out and provided a great quote and spoke candidly about the repairs I wanted done and what was really needed.  There was complete honesty on their part and that was very much appreciated. I was assuming I needed a lot of work but when they actually explained to me the details of the job that needed to be done it was far less severe than I thought.  There was plenty of opportunity for the company to take advantage of my ignorance and willingness to pay but that's just not how they work.  I would highly recommend MD Masonry to anyone with any masonry needs, whether big or small!  Absolute professionals, very attentive, and honest!! <br />

MD Masonry did a great job on the porch and mailbox.  The stonework looks wonderful!  I would definitely use them again.

MD Masonry did a great job. The original stucco was not installed correctly and it did not have a good foundation around the dormers and other second story locations. MD Masonry removed the old stucco and proposed a new foundation that would work on the second floor and would be much better than the previous Styrofoam system. They installed the cement board, base coat and worked to provide an extremely close match for the existing stucco color. The owner did a very good job communicating any changes or concerns ahead of time. The estimate was accurate and the work was completed very close to the original schedule. The second part of the job was completed ahead of schedule. I was pleased with MD Masonry and would recommend them and will use them again should I need more stucco work.

We have (4) dogs in our back yard, during the summer it is hard keeping them cool and with constant supply of fresh water.  I called MD Masonry to come out and offer suggestions on how to keep our furry family members happy.  They supplied a few estimates detailing the options that we could chose from.  We went with a water fall feeding a small lazy river opening up into a koi pond.  The contractor scheduled a time to start and explained all the steps involved with constructing our puppy oasis.  The project took about (4) days. I got some tropical plants and flowers to plant around the water feature and they didn't hesitate helping me place them in places that would look great and provide extra shade. When the project was done they removed all the extra stone and materials, so cleaning afterwards was not an issue. Our yard took on a transformation from a hot desert to a cool tropical haven, our dogs could not be happier and it eases my mind to know they have a way to cool off and a constant supply of water. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

This company provided excellent service.  I had a mail box that needed repairs and reinstalled.  This company professionally repaired my mail box.  They added new parts, cement, and paint to give my mail box a new look.  Further, they added weather stripping to my garage door to block a gap.  My garage door did not reach the ground due to uneven pavement.  I would definitely use this company again for future repairs. <br />

Keith and Danielle both came out to got over the work request. During the review, they answered all my questions. Both were very professional, easy to talk to, and eager to work. I was wanting this project completed as soon as they could get me scheduled. I received a quote the same afternoon and work was quickly schedule. <br /> Within a week the work was scheduled and completed. During this timeframe, inclement weather became a factor. They began the work a day early minimizing any chance of rain delays. Each step of the project was completed with enough time to allow proper setup of materials long before rain moved in. <br /> I was pleased with the craftsmanship, work, and professionalism. I will definitely use MD Masonry LLC again. <br />

5/2/13 Met with MD Masonry and received estimate of work.  Arranged a time for install and work was carried out efficiently over a few days.   They do very good work and we're pleased with outcome, I'd use them again. <br /> <br /> 7/12/13  Having problems in last few weeks with water coming in the back door next to new brick steps.  They installed brick steps flush with back door and didn't include flashing between brick/masonry and wood frame on porch.   I didn't know to ask about flashing at time of install, still waiting on suggested fix from contractor. <br />
