The guys actually did show up, just late. They are nice and seem to do a great job. Willing to do whatever work I needed. I take back my last review. They are just busy and I jumped the gun a bit.

Timely. Attentive. Careful and always a job well done.

The tree removal was fine. I paid extra for stump grinding and they just left a ragged stump at ground level because they said it needed to be dug out. I contacted the owner and said I would dig it out, and he agreed to come back and finish the job. He asked me to leave a positive review of the tree removal which I did. I dug out the stump and left a message with no response. I called back pretending to be a new customer and was called back promptly. When I explained the situation the guy hung up on me. I kept calling back and after four times he finally picks up and says angrily that he needs to talk to the owner and will call me back. He didn't. I've left multiple messages. I intend to go to small claims court which is a huge hassle. This group seems to have little in the way of business ethics, customer service, or professionalism. Beware.

Alan made sure the work was done well. He responded very quickly to my call and set up an appointment quickly. Alan was very professional and seemed to have a vast working knowledge of landscape and of suitable plants for the area. The finished job looks great.

The 3 young men that came were very polite. They surveyed the tree knew exactly what tree branches needed to be cut.

I turns out they aren’t stump removers, they are stump grinders. There is a difference. they did a fine job grinding the stump but the roots are still there and we hope they won’t end up cracking the cement over them. The owner, Mark, Is wonderful to work with. The workers damaged the drainage pipe unknowingly and he was quick to pay for it.

They came out to see what needed done (stump grinding and hauling away brush), came back with an estimate, we accepted and paid, and then they did the work today. Prompt courteous service, well performed. Fair price.

Crew came on time. They were polite and conscientious. They carefully did the work at a great price.

I had five poplar trees that were taken down. They were really big. Probably about 60 feet. There was a basketball hoop in the middle of the yard but I feel they could have still avoided it. Needless to say the hoop got demolished. They took it out of the bill which is fine but I have to remove the in ground basketball hoop. Some other tree fell on the house damaging some rain gutters and railing for stairs. One of the guys said he'd come back to fix but never came.

I was very pleased. The (very nice) workers said they don’t actually remove stumps they just grind them and I’d be better served to call a stump removal company. I called Mark the owner and he said, “Go ahead, you will be fine. “ He has had 20 years of experience and is very knowledgeable. They worked really hard grinding the stump and it ended up being just exactly what I wanted and needed. I trust Mark’s knowledge and experience and will use them again.

I hired them to grind out the stumps of three trees after a different company failed to come back and finish the job. They arrived on time, unloaded and got right to work. After about an hour, they loaded up the truck, said that the bill would be sent by email, and left. When I got a closer look, I was shocked to see that a large portion of all three stumps were still there. I contacted them and was told that they could come back and chop out the remaining stumps for $99/ hour. I had already spent my budget. So, i still have stumps. Would not hire again.

The whole crew knew what they were doing. They all worked really hard. They always made sure I was satisfied with their work. Great team to work with

It was a tough job but they tackled it and got it done for us

Not good, they never showed up on time. T hey bid the job and then came completely un prepared with what needed to be done. They did about 15% of the total job that they bid and then told me that they would need an additional $750 added to the bid to finish the job. I was not happy at all with the whole experience. The original bid was $1400, then they tried to tack on the additional $750.

They first came on May 22nd. They came without most of their tools and all they could do was trim a few things. They were supposed to come again yesterday but did not show up and are now not answering my calls. I am very disappointed with this experience.

Good they responded in a quick manner and cut the trees down within two working days. The team of guys were very nice, professional, and worked well together.

It went great! They did great work and did it fast.
