The pictures that I submitted are of the unprofessional paper contract he gave me, a picture of the mailbox that I want completed and a picture of their horrible work that s still in the processThey had me meet them in Pompano to pick out bricks at some somebody else s company and then he says I got a great deal for you. He says give me cash and I ll and I ll get remnant pieces for you for your mailbox. Then he gives me a receipt on somebody else s receipt, dirty paper very unprofessional. He made me wait almost an hour for him and Pompano an hour away from my house first of all to pick out the bricks. He said the bricks would look fine and all of this stuff then he says he s coming every day. He doesn t come finally comes on the fourth day and can t do the job the way I want to and he s making the mailbox grow test looking and the stones don t go well it s crooked. It s horrible and then they come another day and they come at the end of the day and then they stay till night and then they don t come at all. It s a horrible mess. I m so embarrassed for everyone to see this mailbox. It s terrible. He led me to believe that he does mailboxes and knows how to do them from brick it s horrendous. And I trusted you guys and now I am out $1450.

Morris and his employees worked very hard for 3 days straight to address my lawn and sprinkler issues. They removed all the bad lawn and replaced it with 5 pallets of fresh sod. He corrected my sprinkler zones and patterns by removing several and replacing others. Morris was also very quick to return to satisfy my follow-up concerns regarding a few bad sod pieces (not his fault).

M.D.M. Landscaping was hired to replace the sod/grass at my residence. The work was done promptly, carefully, and efficiently at the scheduled time. At the conclusion of the work the sprinkler system was determined to be inadequate to support the new sod. The sprinkler system was upgraded/restored with work beginning in the afternoon and continuing late into the evening so that the new sod would be preserved. MDM assumed full responsibility for the project and worked to assure a successful conclusion. The associated fees were appropriate and fair. I am appreciative of MDM's determination to achieve a successful conclusion to the project.

MDM did an outstanding job. I would recommend them highly. The owner was great to work with and his workers were terrific. I have lived in my townhouse for 36 years and have had many workers over the years, nobody came close to MDM Landscaping.
