Following my first contact with the company, M&D Pro Painters promptly scheduled a walk-through to estimate my residential painting job, arrived on time, and provided a written, detailed quote for the work. Their price was competitive and fair. The work had to be done under a tight deadline, and when I formally arranged the work with M&D Pro Painters they worked with me closely to be sure the job was completed on time. The paint job itself was of top quality. Alex stayed in touch with me each day. He is a complete professional, caring, and on top of everything. He communicated throughout the project so that I was aware of progress. Overall I experienced excellent service and professionalism from M&D Pro Painters, and I recommend them highly.

These guys are top notch! They were very respectful and on task while on my property. They showed up on time, worked ALL day long and cleaned up each day. In just 4 days my old house looks great! Alex and Marvin are great to work with and very responsive. Marvin runs the job and has a handle on everything going on. These young men are very hardworking and noticeably conscientious about their work. I'll be calling them back to do more work. Great contractor and highly recommend their services.

Marvin, Alex and their crew were fantastic. They were punctual, clean and friendly. They were very professional and came fully equipped with paint, drop cloths, etc. They painted our kitchen, half bath, living room and children’s bathroom. They did a phenomenal job and we will be utilizing them again for more projects.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed], we want to apologize. We agree that your project took a bit more time than expected. However, there are are reasons why the project took longer. On the first day of work, you decided to add somethings that were not in the contract and that we did for you. This addition took a bit of time to complete. Also, our crew informed us that it was very difficult for them to work at a fast pace or more efficiently because of your dogs. The dogs where there all day barking and getting on their way, so they lost a bit of time because of this. Again we apologize for this. We truly think that the important thing here is that everything was completed professionally; we even have pictures of your project on our website. The job was done a bit slow, but it was a good job."

Excellent ... from in-person estimate to price to superior workmanship! Marvin managed this job ... most courteous, on-time, within budget, neat, professional and expert performers at their trade. Excellent crew always with at least one fluent in English. Marvin was on-site daily, sometimes briefly and sometimes with his sleeves rolled up working alongside his painters.

While working with Marvin from M&D Pro Painters, he was very good at repairing the porch by replacing the damaged parts for new ones, and by recommending other handles that met the criteria if the original ones were no longer available on the market. He paid extra attention to detail, and partnered with me (customer) during the entire process. If he fell behind schedule, he would put extra hours of his own time to make sure the job was finished on time and within budget. In short, Marvin delivers an excellent product while making sure customer’s expectations are met. He is always respectful, friendly, and courteous during his interactions with others.

Marvin was great. He was very considerate, timely, and ensured everything went well with the job. The crew did an amazing job, too. They were timely and diligent with great attention to detail. M&D were very gracious, met with us on a saturday reviewed the scope and house (3-story traditional) gave us a reasonable quote, arrived on time, were very polite, took pains to protect the plants, cleaned up - there were there all day, scrubbed it clean, we plan to have them do some painting for us, they also do light carpentry (the powerwash exposed some rotten rails on the front porch)

Finished job is good. Workers were polite. M&D made sure that at least one of the workers is fluent in english when they were not on site. It took one week to finish the job as explained in our first meeting.

Marvin and his crew were wonderful! He was quick to respond to my request for a job quote, he was communicative and prompt, and his availability for scheduling the job was very reasonable. After the first coat of color went on the house (after power washing and a primer) I was shocked at how purple it came out (it perfectly matched the paint chip, but for some reason did not translate well in large scale), but Marvin was very patient with me and put everything on hold while he helped me pick out a more suitable option. I love the way our house came out and I would certainly hire M&D again if the need arises!
