They didn't charge for the service because it was an easy job that needed just a little bit of adjustments. They came out right away and fixed it. They took care of the water that was there so that was good.

He refused to provide any assistance with submitting a warranty claim. He stated the reason for this was because they only warranty their labor for 1 year. He wouldn't even give me an estimate for coming out and servicing the furnace. He hung up on me twice and was upset because I advised him that I would be letting the agency that hired him to do the work aware of his actions and refusal to help me. So he told me he took this as a threat and hung up on me again.

It went great. He did did a great job. I think that was a good price.

I was very happy overall with the services provided by this company . The owner was very hands-on working alongside with his employees . Each and every person I encountered was professional, knowledgeable and considerate of my home. This company was so accommodating, they were able to help me in a pinch on a Saturday ( when so many other contractors did not even answer the phone or return my call). I can see such a difference in my bills I only wish that I would've switched out my old furnace years ago.

I had priced several Heating & Cooling specialists, when my work colleague recommended Meade Heating, she had a great experience with them.   <br /> <br /> James the owner came to give me a quote and I found it to be really competitive. He was very friendly, explained in detail the work that needed to be done, the time it would take, who was doing the work and the benefits of my new high-efficiency units.  <br /> <br /> The day of the installation, James and his crew got to my home at the appointment time, introduced themselves, went through the proposed work again (just to make sure I was still comfortable and informed), and put tarps on my floor. <br /> <br /> The crew had to move some furniture and were very careful in doing so. As the day went on, I was informed of the progress and what was happening. This I was very happy with and it really put me at ease. <br /> <br /> When they were all done, I was shown how to work my new thermostat, and given some filters to change out every 3 months. James also put a sticker with his number on my furnace just in case I needed it. <br /> <br /> Overall, I was very happy with them and would highly recommend them. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />

As stated above, we will only go with this company from this point on. There is no reason to look anywhere else. Not only was the service fantastic but it was the best price I could find in all of the southern and northern parts of Illinois.
