The folks at MEAN TO CLEAN ORLANDO are very easy to contact. On the date scheduled for the "deep cleaning" the young ladies arrived and began working right away. They went from room to room and did a wonderful job. We use this service to clean our home every other week and they work hard and are always willing to work with us on scheduling and anything special we may need. We are very happy with them.

They started with a heavy clean three people. They did great. Then I hired for monthly service and they do a very good job. Leti in the office always accommodates my changes of day or time.. The cleaning if very consistent.

Well. Only one negative point. The offer specifically stated kitchen cleaning included oven and refrigerator inside cleaning. When they arrived I told the gentleman in charge there was no need to clean the oven but I would like the refrigerator cleaned. He stated they could not do it unless it was completely empty. They could not "mix" cleaning with the handling of food...??? or something to that effect. I did not state the obvious, why was that detail not included in the offer and left it at that. Next time if I can I will empty the refrigerator

They were horrible. The girl told me to call them, I called Angie's List and she said call them so I did. It was the worst thing I ever did. They did not wipe the cabinet down, and on my floor they used the same bucket throughout the house. You could tell they used the same bucket. She did not rinse the bucket out, and fill it again. They got mad because I told them they could not use my supplies. It was a whole mess of junk. They would not even wipe my blinds or anything. The toilet they only cleaned what you could see, and they did not even get in the shower. They were lousy -- the lousiest. She tried to tell me that she moved something to mop and I showed her it had not been moved -- a rug. She did not even pick up a little rug to mop. I showed her, and she said she was sorry. One did not speak English so you could not talk to her, you had to talk to the other one. The one that could not speak English was not doing anything, she was just lazy as could be. It was like she brought her along just because she had to. It was horrible. I tried to call everybody, nobody seemed to care at the time. I don't think even Angie's List cared at the time. I looked at the reviews on Angie's List and she had one bad review already. They have two companies, one in Davenport and one in Orlando. I used the one that is close to here. It was supposed to be a special where they had everything, like total housecleaning. They emphasized how great it was so I really believed it. I thought it was terrible for the job they did. They were an hour late, already. I called to find out why. I was told they were on their way but had traffic. They say they furnish your stuff and they had nothing, hardly. They had a dollar store cleaner, and the mop wasn't worth anything. I caught her our on my porch using my vacuum cleaner. They don't furnish, it is a bunch of crap. I thought Angie's List was better than this. It was a terrible experience. I waited on them and I called them to see if they were coming, because the girl gave me the number from Angie's List to call them anyway.

The price was 199.00 but they charged me an extra 100.00 which I had no choice to pay. Don't hire them. They are extortionist. For the extra hundred that they charged me that place should have sparkled. They didn't even wipe doors. It was not a deep clean.

Unfortunately, our experience with Mean to Clean Orlando was disappointing. This was our first time hiring someone to clean our house and we were hoping to find a cleaning service to hire on a continuing basis. The first issue we had with Mean to Clean Orlando was punctuality. They were about 45 minutes late for their first appointment with us and we never received a call from anyone advising us of a delay. When we called Mean to Clean Orlando, we were told the delay was due to the cleaning crew having transportation problems. The second issue we had was with the fact that the cleaning crew, which consisted of only 2 ladies, did not bring a vacuum cleaner for carpets (they did bring one for tile and hardwood floors) and had to ask us if they could use ours. In addition, the mop head they brought to use in our home looked very dirty, therefore, we requested that they use a clean one that we provided to them. The two cleaners worked hard while they were here; however, they were rushed, mainly due to their not arriving until about 1:45 pm. This service was advertised as being a “whole-house deep cleaning” and the service we received was far from a “deep cleaning”. We do have a large home but it is less than the 3000 square foot limit in the offer and there was an entire room we instructed the ladies to bypass. I do not believe two workers are enough to do a proper “deep cleaning” in a single visit. They had to return the following day to finish cleaning our home and were, once again, late. I did speak to Leti Szanto, the Officer Manager and a co-owner at Mean to Clean Orlando, about some of these issues. She apologized and advised they were experiencing some issues with staffing. She also stated she would address the issues we had with the cleaners not having a vacuum cleaner and the dirty mop head.

We negotiated ahead of time for the work to be done. We met with the workers on site before they worked giving them instructions. They did not do what they said they would do. They did not do basic cleaning or vacuuming. When I contacted them, they refused to refund the money or go back to do the work properly.

Even though, we didn't want to turned you back, the crew clean as much as they could for the situation of the house and for the amount you paid. You called the office 1 week later to complaint about the cleaning and asking for refund. We have a 24 hour satisfaction guarantee, that if you had call us 1 day after the cleaning and complaint we had send the crew back right away to fix it and had no charge you anything. Great. Note to Survey Team- This is the 3rd Survey I did on the Cleaning I had done. First was online, second over over the phone when Agie's list called me to see about survey (which she explained would be posted but I guess it wasn't ), now this one. The first was more detailed but you'll need to find that if you really need it.

Appointment was originally scheduled for 11:30 - 12:00 arrival, but at 11:00 they called to report car trouble. Rescheduled for the next day, same time. I called to check status at 12:30, no answer. They arrived at 12:45. Once here Daniella and Angelina set to work and stayed focused until complete at 3:30. They did good work and we feel the value was excellent. They need a bit of help on communicating delays, but were well worth the price.

Please refer to the above it was supposed to be a deep clean including blinds refrigerator oven cabinets and then your basic clean. The one thing they did do well with the oven. Other than that they were horrible.

The appointment was originally for 8:30 am, I received conformation on the time, then I got another e-mail saying they would be here at 11:30am and that is when they came. I had plans for that day that I had to cancel because of the time change.
