Me Brown

I've used them for about 15 years and I love them. I've gotten some cheaper prices but I've had to have ME brown come out and fix it. It's very good value for what I'm paying. Excellent quality. I recommend them all the time.

They always are very prompt in getting back to you. He doesn't try to oversell you on anything, he is very honest.

Service person David was courteous, efficient , professional and informative. Came out late on a Friday afternoon/early evening honoring a referral from a long time customer even though we are out of their service area.  Highly recommend. <br />

David Brown arrived on time. He deployed a technical understanding as well as a friendly, professional manner. Despite the somewhat challenging equipment access, he was focused, friendly and without complaint. After initial contact, Mark Brown kept me informed of everything I needed to know as we continued the service and discussion of warranty issues. His compassionate response was exceptional.

He is honest and reliable. You can't beat that! We never have problems with his work and will use him again in the future.

When I called Mark and told him my AC was out, I told him that we needed a new one; he asked if I was sure, so I wouldn’t have to buy a new one. He didn’t try to sell me, which was good.

The experience was perfect. They showed up on time and as scheduled, and even did more than what they were planning on doing. They went above and beyond, and from now on we’ll stick with them for any heating and a/c work that we need done.

The experience was good overall. The company was recommended to me by a church member.  They were very conscientious, helpful, and on time. Their estimate was very reasonable for the work that they did, compared with other estimates we had gotten. Since the work was done, we haven’t had any problems, and if we would, we’d call them back. They are incredibly busy, but they do a very good, thorough job.

This company is the best air conditioning company I’ve ever done business with in my life! We have a number of homes and businesses that they’ve done work in, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. They’re fantastic!

We have no complaints! They were prompt, professional, and we didn’t feel like the pricing was out of line. I would have nothing but good things to say about them.

They’re excellent! However, because they’re so good, you might have to schedule far out, but we wait because they are that good.

I love them! They’re reasonably-priced, give accurate estimates, and do the work when they say they will. They do a good job and really stand behind their work. There’s nothing bad I can say about them. They’re a wonderful company and we’ve used them both in our current home and the previous one. <br /> They called me from the office to confirm both appointments.  Initial contact and the return visit.  For both appointments I was called to verify time, and when he was close to alert me he would be there shortly. Very pleasant, no suprises. Very satisfied with the work and with the staff.
