Mechanical Air Specialties

I was contacted almost immediately after placing a request for service. The technician (Britt) came out to give me an estimate to service my HVAC. The price he quoted was more than fair. We made an appointment and he came with his trainee assistant to complete the work. It turned out that there was a fair amount of additional cleaning and maintenance to be done on the interior unit than we'd originally counted on. He did not want to charge me any more for the extra services. Britt truly went above and beyond my expectations. He and Don were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with. I learned a lot about the system I wasn't aware of so I will be better able to maintain it in future. I also plan to have them come back for regular service. Highly recommended. I would give them more stars if possible. (Photo is the "after" version. Considering the "before" this is amazing.)

I called for a quote and got more than expected. They came out to access the furnace, that stopped working, IT was over 15 years old. I decided to go with a replacement rather than nurse the thing back to health. Mechanical Air Specialties gave a fair and honest price, above average work and a professional, courteous experience. I appreciate small business and and this is why. Thanks again Joe. Will definitely spread the work and hire again.
