Medina handyman services

I was given an initial price for the project. However, once the work was completed, the price was doubled without any prior agreement or approval. I do not consider this to be professional behavior. An agreed- upon quote should be honored, and any changes to pricing should be clearly communicated and approved before the work. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.

The 2-person crew arrived on-time, completed the work efficiently and cleaned up properly. The project expanded due to previous bad work that was hidden. I am pleased by the outcome.

His name was Jesuf, he came in and he was on time and found the spot and all that stuff, I had a couple of issues metal wound the two of the upper corner casings, he was really great and he was phenomenal, he only charged for $40 for every hour and I give him a tip. I just want to leave a positive highest rating, This was more affordable and was more realistic. He has his guys doing the jobs. I can tell he was so good since he was doing it very quickly. I want to make sure people realize he's affordable. I really enjoyed my experience with them and he was the owner, it was all around positive experience. I want to make sure I give him an outstanding review.

Medina apparently forgot to add my job to his schedule, and did not show up at the time he chose. When he showed up a few hours later, he did a good job on the tasks, but then had to leave before my task list was completed. He said he would return early the next morning, but I got a text he couldn't make it. I have a home inspection in 2 days and tomorrow is a holiday. He would benefit from learning that when you make a mistake, you keep your word and fix it, even if it's inconvenient. I called Angi Customer Service when he didn't show up at the scheduled time, and they did nothing to help me even though I explained the important deadline I was facing. I'm done with Angi.

He was awesome and very professional. He stayed busy and cleaned up all the packaging.

Jesus repaired several interior doors in our home which were not closing properly. Fair price. Very professional. I plan to hire them again.

NO! The work inside the home was good. The time frame for getting the work done was disputed by Mr. Medina and me. During his work on June 5, 2023, I also had him pressure wash my home. I walked around my home today and noticed damage on my home from being pressure washed. I feel that Mr. Medina should have done a walk-around on the 5th of June. I would not recommend Median Handyman Services.
