Freddie was very professional, and answered all of the questions that we had. His attention to detail, and the way explained the process, solidified that we made the right choice. He stayed true to his timeline to get our project completed.

These guys are good! They can design a kitchen or you can show them what you want and they'll replicate it. These cabinets are built by hand from bases to doors. Not only do they build beautiful cabinets but they also fabricate countertops. These guys are a one-stop shop General Contractor and as a Contractor, we use them quite frequently.

They came in and replaced the faucet and took care of it

He is incredibly professional and honest. The work is done in very high standards. Its done timely. He as a supervisor, he was there everyday with the workers. The quality of his workers is amazing. Its either him or his supervisor

The contractor was hired to repair a wall in a sunroom. He and his carpenter arrived and removed the baseboards (about 10 feet) and 2sections (6 inches by 7 feet) of wall board. He determined there were live termites which needed to be exterminated before the work could be finished. This took approx 30 minutes. He took a piece of the baseboard and said he would machine the new pieces to fit and would come back, finish the repairs and install the baseboards. I then asked him to give me an estimate on doing repairs to 2sections of a wooden fence and gate in the back yard. He and the carpenter removed some of the narrow strips and he gave me an estimate of $5500.00 for one section and $1500.00 for the other section. They left with the agreement he would return and finish the wall using the time not used during this visit which was approx 2 hours. I had exterminators rid the walls of termites. I also got 2 more estimates of repairing the fence. Both estimates were less than $1000.00 total including materials. I chose one who charged me $700.00 and did an outstanding job. Both contractors told me Mr, Medina's quote of $6500.00 was outrageous. I live in an upscale neighborhood where some services charge more that the same providers charge in other towns such as a Seaside and Marina. When I called Mr. Medina to schedule him to return to finish the work, he told me I needed to give him a deposit and told me we were "even". They left early and still owed me 2 hours. I refuse to give a deposit when time is still due and their was demolition with no repairs. I had another contractor come in to at least repair the walls. I was charged $300.00 total including materials. I still need to get the strips of boards for the base of the doors. This was a very unfortunate experience. I am retired, live on a fixed income and had utilized the sale offer so I could get a minor project completed. It was not done and ioverpriced for the service. Sincerely, Viictoria Marr <br />

We had our kitchen cabinets redone by Medina's Remodeling Company and we couldn't be happier with the results. The lower cabinets were rebuilt (new doors and drawers) in order to keep our existing tile counters and we had all new upper cabinets installed. The construction is all top quality. Freddy and Francisco were very attentive to our needs and incorporated all our ideas into the design. They also installed all new plugs, lights, and switches in our home, upgrading our wiring and installing a new panel for three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, and the living room. They were very fair priced, considerably less than the bid from the large chain store. They were reliable, dependable, and made sure we were happy with the job. This is a family owned business that we learned about from their booth at the Marina Farmer's Market. If we have more projects in the future, we will be sure to callthem. Highest recommendation!!

It all went really well, and my wife and I are very happy with our new kitchen!  Freddy worked with us on the price, and helped us to save costs by dropping off his dumpster trailer so we could do the demolition ourselves.  We signed the contract in December, and while we were gone for the holidays, Freddy had completed fabrication of the cabinets, and gotten all permits submitted for approval.  We started work in early January, and we were done in about 2 weeks.  It only took that long because we found some structural issues that required revising our plans and getting new permit approvals that slowed down the work.  The crew was great, and put in a couple of really long days to keep on schedule.
