<p>First let me say that Meeks are very professional.  When I set the appointment, the receptionist was extremely nice.. She gave me detail of the service and what to expect. She informed me that there would be a call thirty minutes before the appointment. Her details including pricing of expected and unexpected.  We did received a call exactly as she mention. I was not able to be home, however my spouse informed me of every detail.  He said that all was very nice and professional, Robert, Michael and Jason . Not only did they do such a great job, but they explained to  him of every detail of the job.  After the completion they allowed him to take pictures so that he could show me once I got home. Now that tells me that they are very sure of their work and have no hidden flaws to hide. Oh most important, they informed him how the transition would take place with the settling of the dirt in time. Not only was this company a pleasure to work with a discount was given because we used the Angie List Services. Very prompt , same day service performed. Technician answered all my questions and was very polite and quick to diagnosis and resolve issue.

They answered the phone just before business hours when we discovered our septic tank had begun to overflow. They came out earlier than they promised and completed the job quickly and well. Both men were professional and friendly and graciously honored my Angie's list coupon plus some. Gave me excellent information about the problem and fixed it quickly. I will definitely use and recommend them in the future. <br />

I'm a repeat customer.  Meeks has been performing this service over the past 20 plus years. Called to schedule a normal 5 year service.  They arrived on time and completed the work.  I had concern the lid might be damaged since the ground has settled significantly in the last few months.  They checked all the lid sections were intact and confirmed there was no damage. <br />

It went very well. The 2 men (sorry I don't know their names) that replaced the pump were very professional and knew exactly what to do. They replaced the pump efficiently and explained everything clearly to my husband. They replaced the dirt and it didn't look like anything had been disturbed. On Monday two different men came to pump the septic tank. Again they were very professional and did a great job. They were also very knowledgeable. After they finished they cleaned up our drive-way and put everything back the way it was before. I would highly recommend their service. The pump out cost may have been a bit high, but my husband and I feel their work ethic was worth any extra cost.
