It went swimmingly. He responded quickly to the call for help, we exchanged texts, I sent him photos, he decided to come that evening with an idea for a fix, and the fix was quick. It was a characteristic of the hinge that I didn’t know, and he did. Big relief for me. He also has a good customer rapport.

Very professional and detailed job. He is very talented, Professional , and knowledgeable.
