I love the service. They worked over 2 days. Worked very hard and did come back few weeks and replaced some defective boards. A week later I realized I don't have an electricity on my garage. I discovered that the breaker was tripped. Finally, nothing worked even fixing the breaker. Then after attempts of trying to fix the problem I got no electricity at all. Then I dug down where the wirings are and found out that the wirings on the garage are damaged because of the digging they did to install the posts. I contacted them a week ago but they haven't responded.

Al Fencing company, exceeded my expectations, Lucus was very prompt stayed in contact with me. Started and finished as stated in contact. Very professional aim to please. It didn't take him long to put up my privacy fence and amazing company. The price was more than fair . I am so pleased with my privacy fence getting a lot of compliments. Lucas was excellent! He made time in his weekend schedule to fit us in, even though he had a full day. He got here early, was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He did a high quality job on the repair, and even though that task took a little longer, he still asked if we needed anything else looked at. He quickly adjusted the drawers on a dresser for us. We will most definitely use Lucas for future contracting needs!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I am old fashion and good customer service is a must. Lucas provided excellent service.He was very professional and I am very satisfied with the quality of work. Thank you so much for fixing the old ugly texture and making my walls smooth since this was not a very easy job to do.

Lucas was the only person who came in short notice to replace our water heater. We are grateful that he got the job done very quick.

The contractor complete the work over the course of a couple of days and was able to start the work within a week of initial payment. The initial time it was stated as completed, the contractor forgot to finish the fence and install the gate to the space between the houses and needed to be reminded. The team was friendly that did the work. They were initially highly communicative. There is still a mess that is being cleaned up where they dug the posts and put them in concrete. It's been difficult cleaning up the excess concrete so the lawn can be repaired.

We have came down in the middle of July and he is fixing a post and he is doing another repair work on the fence. He got us on hold for over a month and told him to wait until our 2nd gate came in. Now the gate came in yesterday, he cannot be be reached. He is not answering back several times of our calls. He has a lot of other repair work to do on the fence besides installing the gate.

Worst experience ever with a contractor. Started the project beginning on 8/6/21 and as of yesterday 8/26/21, he still didn't complete the job. He told me that larger jobs were more important to him and that my job was a side job that he would fit in when he could because he was losing money. He said he under quoted me but he didn't do his due diligence because 1) he didn't check the ground to see if he can dig holes with a tool or with a machine but he quoted the job without a machine-Not my problem! 2) he purchased 6 x 8 fence panels for a 4 x 8 fence, but he never checked to see if the panels were actually 8 ft wide, so he actually needed to buy more panels, take them apart, cut them down to make up the difference to create an 8 ft panel and cut the tops down to 4 ft. So, of course that would take more time than normal. Not my fault! 3) he didn't check with the city to see if he could dig for a post up against the house where the drain spout is located and actually dug the hole, broke the elbow of the spout, so he had to fix that but he covered it up before i could even see that it was fixed. Again, not my fault or problem, but it costs more time and effort on his part. He's terrible with communicating to you about his schedule, doesn't reply to numerous text messages or phone calls, because he's too busy on-site at the bigger jobs. When I told him to come and get his equipment, he told me that he would finish the job or if i wanted him off my property that i would have to pay him over a $1000 above the $2000 that i already put down. I told him he was fired! Now i have to find another contractor to finish the job, make repairs, install gates, and realign a post that is completely crooked. This is a guy who doesn't know how to run a business nor do the job the right way.

He built the fence and gate. The gate contained our dumpster. The gate was too small and the garbage truck could not get the dumpster to empty it. He did come back and made the gate bigger but the craftsmanship is horrible. The gate is cockeyed, will not close, does not meet. It needs reinforced. He also left the old posts. He just sawed them down and they are sticking up. We have tried to reach Lucas beginning June 15. He responded once to say he would do the repair but has not communicated for over a month.

They did a great job on the fence and when he originally made the gate it's too small so our trash couldn't get to it. He did come out to make it big and I pay extra money to do that but the gate went bigger we couldn't close the gate and its terrible. I tried to call them for 2 weeks and I am not getting any response and that is my main problem .
