This is my 3rd project with them and I keep going back to her because she is extremely professional, very knowledgeable on layout, on design aesthetics. She knows how to source vendors and fixture and she's very personable and easy to work with. She has exceeded my expectations, she was so good in what she does, she listens to you, she pushes you on the right directions and she's very responsive. Problems always come up on renovations especially in older property and Melinda is amazing at finding solution to all issues that come up. She's calm, positive and finds a way around everything that seems dire.

20 stars! Absolutely professional, trustworthy, she listened to my ideas, she has very good resources for the hardware and different design items. She helped me for some upholstery, she gave me hints and tips with the appliances, counter tops, flooring, lighting, plumbing and everything. She's also flexible and creative.
