Melissa does a great job. I love that she always calls me to confirm her arrival before cleaning. She is so very caring & wonderful with my dad who has Alzheimer's and can be a challenge. She is extremely patient with him, which I appreciate. Melissa cleans the floors on her hands & knees & is very thorough. It does not upset her when I request a special area or cleaning project. She is very accommodating, prompt & trustworthy. Highly recommend Melissa!
