I had 4 water treatment systems put in my personal residence and then 3 rentals. This is literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Zach was great out of the gate and really responsive but then we started having issues and he stopped answering the phone. Zach is now out of the picture and Matthew is running things. He's absolutely the worst person to deal with and doesn't answer his phone. We are having issues with the filters now and the water trickles out of the unit. I would stay as far away from this company as possible. Matthew has no clue how to run a business. He needs to be an employee NOT a business owner.

Mellowh20 is the worst company, it is a scam, a poor service, and a poor water softener system. Never do business with this company... This is the worst customer service I have ever had with a company. I installed the water softener system and RO systems. The most expensive one on Dec 2021, and not even one year Nov 2022 the system had a problem (the water is kicking and running out of the system) I contacted the company and they said will charge $89 for coming to inspection and fixing it, but it takes almost two weeks for them to come to fix it. Later on April 2023, a big problem the system run all day with noisy sounds. I contacted Zach the owner and he text back and told me to unplug the power and leave it for 12 hours but the problem was still the same. I contacted them numerous times to this day and they still have yet to come and fix it.

Hey, I just wanna tell you how much I appreciate the new water system, I had no idea showering would be such a joy, and frankly don't ever want to get out of the shower again, service was quick with no issues, and I can't say enough about Zach and Matt, thank you!

It was a pleasure to do business with Zach and his lumber Matt. Zach was quick to respond with my request and made a same day appointment. Unlike some of the other water softener installers, Zach didnâ t charge me a service fee to come out to see my house and test my water. I appreciated that he wasnâ t very pushy on making a sale. He helped me see the benefits and didnâ t leaving with an urgent â get the deal while it lastâ . Also, I miss understood the pricing with the financing so Zach was very generous by cutting an extra $300 of my final bill. Great guys! I would definitely do business with mellow H2O again.

Before deciding on which water softener company to go with, we spoke with three different companies and had them all come out for consultations. Ultimately, we chose to go with MellowH20. From the initial phone call to the completion of the project, our contact person was Zach, the owner. We never felt we were being sold something or being given a spiel. He was very informative and genuine. Gerardo installed our water softener and RO system. He was very efficient and friendly. We would definitely recommend MellowH20.

Was excellent, Zack was very professional. Was very thorough in explaining problem with my water after testing it and showing me the results, before and after testing from point of entry to inside of home testing. Explained home water system and how it works so that I could understand it and be able to make an informed decision. Never was he pushy. He worked with my financial position and I believe he was very considerate and fair in his pricing. I did check out other companies which were so much higher in price. Also he was able to have it installed the very next day, his intstaller, Geraldo, was very experienced and efficient, and if something was on the order, but found not needed, an adjustment to the bill was made without my asking by owner Zack. I found this company to be a pleasure doing business with, very efficient, fair, and made sure that the job was done correctly and cleaned up all areas involved. All people involved were very personable and courteous. It was a pleasure doing business with them. There was some miscommunications at the begging and there was some delay to have them address my concern and in the end he acknowledged my concern and he more than adequately resolved my issue.

Zach was wonderful to work with. Answered all our questions and explained the best system that would work for us. No pressure sales at all. Very fair in pricing. Softener was delivered and installed within a few days. Plumber Iwho installed was efficient, very nice and cleaned up everything. We couldn’t have been more pleased. We would highly recommend them. When plumbing problems happen, I would not hesitate to call them.

Zach was so incredible to work with. He was very attentive and patient with me for all of my questions even he before he came out to do the consultation. He was very sincere and informative during the consultation which I really appreciated. Two days after the consultation I was able to have my softener installed! It was very quick and efficient. Gerardo, the installer, was also amazing to work with. Truly my experience was above and beyond. I am so excited to take in the benefits of the softener - no more water spots on my dishes, spots on the sink or shower, and most importantly softer skin and hair! Zach is the man! This was our first time finding someone on Angi’s List to do a job for us and I can’t recommend him and Gerardo enough. They were so professional and did an amazing job. We have been loving the Cadillac system they installed and have noticed a huge difference in our water quality. My daughters skin has changed so much because of it already. We also did the Reverse Osmosis system in our kitchen. Zach noticed we prefer alkaline water so he included that as a free add on. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the customer service Zach provides is above and beyond. We highly recommend using MellowH20 if you’re looking for a water treatment systems. 10/10

THEY WERE GREAT

Recently moved into a new build and Zach was amazing to work with! He understood that time is valuable and didn't try any of the unnecessary typical annoying sales pitches. When he said he was going to do something he did it, there was zero hassle through out the entire process. He was extremely personable and flexible with all the million delays right now in the new build world. The gentleman who did the install was very polite and respectful as well. The actual install was finished in no time and it truly was a painless experience all around. I highly suggest you skip the creepy salesmen pitches from other Vendors and go directly to these guys! With their Price being the best, and no headache process, you can't beat MellowH2O!

I gathered bids from four other companies in the valley before deciding to work with Mellowh2o. Awesome company to work with from start to finish. Zackâ s sales presentation was to the point and professional. High lighted what his product could do and how it worked. At the end of it, handed me his business card and said â hope I get your business, but if not good luckâ . No pressure to make a deal right then and there. Our installer Gerardo, showed up on time and had the system installed in a little over an hour. Gerardo demonstrated how the system worked and what to do to take care of and maintain it. When he left, the only evidence he had been there was our new water treatment system. Zack and his company have my highest endorsement.
