Melvin was the first to contact me and I signed him up. He came out that night and repaired what he could. I part had to be ordered and when it came in he returned to finish the repair. I am very satisfied with his work and pleasant manner. He cleaned up the area afterward and my Samsung oven is working great and has also been calibrated for temperature! I gave 5 stars.

He called time I put the request in and said he was on his way. He came right on access the situation and said it may take 2-4 days to get the part but he went to another city which was an hour and a half away and got it and came back that day and finished the job. He was very professional and knew what he was talking about. I would most definitely hire him again.

Install went very well. Melvin worked with my schedule due to my job. He was ahead of schedule. And kept me updated on his arrival. His price was fair and he was a constant professional. My wife and I will definitely recommend his services to anyone who needs a large appliance repair. He went over and above for my wife and I so that we could wash and dry for our work week. And I could hardly believe that he came out to our rural area,and out on a weekend day. He comes highly recommended.
